Works well
I have had this a few months and it still works brilliantly. The smell isn't great now, so I bought some lavender essential oil which has done the trick. I work on a laptop most of the day and drive a lot, this really helps when my shoulders are a bit tight (although not the miracle worker I'd hoped for). It doesn't keep its heat for a long period, but to be honest 5 mins is fine. It is a little too heavy for my elderly Aunt so I probably wouldn't recommend it for someone who finds certain products too heavy (blankets, pillows etc)

Brilliant for pain relief
I wish I'd bought this ages ago! I've been regularly buying Deep Heat to put on my knee, as I get some inflammation and pain sometimes. This heat pad has the same effect of soothing the pain, without the awful smell, and it will save me money as it will last for a long time, as opposed to buying a tube of Deep Heat every month. The added bonus is that it can be used as a cool pad as well, and I've discovered that cold feels and works better when my knee is actually swollen. So there are two treatment options in one, fab! The pad is soft and flexible, and it moulds easily around my knee, and stays warm/cold for over an hour. It looks well made and strongly stitched so will last a good long time. Wonderful for any aches and pains.

Lovely useful product but smell fades quickly
Bought this product for my partner who is recovering from tendon injury to her wrist. It goes into the microwave for a minute or so and it provides ten or fifteen minutes of soothing, warming relief. Great for strains or muscular pains. The design is lovely, material soft and smells lovely. Would be good for period pains or warming up during the winter.Only problem being we have had this just over a week and already the lovely lavender smell is starting to fade :(

Ideal for pain relief
Bought fornmy elderly Nan as she'd hurt her neck and I was worried about her using a hot water bottle. She said it worked brilliantly, soothed her sore neck and was easy and safe to use.

Excellent pain relief
Bought 3 of these to replace other wheat bags I had lost. These are excellent, they hold their heat well and are a decent size. I use mine to relieve pains from Crohn's disease. It's been a year and a half since I bought these and they are all still brilliant. If I ever need more I'd buy more of these without a second thoughtThey're folded in half in the packaging, so are bigger than the picture would have you believe, can either be left unfolded to cover a wider area, or folded back in half which will make them retain heat longer.

Lovely scent and great product
This is a wonderful product. It is about the width of your hand and quite long. Not as the picture suggests. It has a lovely smell to it and the fabric is soft. I was surprised that there is a warning to mot heat this product for more than a 1.5 minute as there is a risk that it could burn. This kind of put me off but saying that it is great and I love it.

Really Handy
I suffer from a bad back and neck. Bought this ages ago and although it loses the nice lavender smell it's a great product. Still ok and no wear on it. Can take it anywhere and helps ease any minor aches and pains! :)

Worth the money
It's lovely, and the scent is not overwhelming. Some people find it too thin..it is fairly thin but that also helps being able to get heat to more precise spots and that is helpful. Thicker ones are not as flexible. The downside is, I've found it doesn't stay hot very long. Long enough, but not as much as I would like, this also could also be a personal preference.
