Bought these after suffering from the effects of a trapped nerve and they have been an excellent purchase. After an hour in the freezer they’re cold enough to provide pain relief but still flexible enough to form to the contours of my neck and thereby ease the inflammation.Highly recommended, brilliant product.

Brilliant item - have used this brand before so knew it was good. Cools quickly and is a comfortable cold temperature and I love that they are malleable and not hard - they will curve to the shape desired.

I’m impressed with this product. I have tried them both heated and cold. Quick blast in the microwave and you’ve got a lovely warm soothing pack. I would say the plastic cover material feels good quality. Nevertheless, when warmed , I would still be very careful where you put them on your body for fear of bursting and potential burning skin. Shove them in freezer 1 hour later you have a frozen pack. I use them alternatively hot and cold on my neck to ease migraines. Works for me. Pack of 2 in my book is very good value.Product arrived promptly.

This gel pack works great for both hot and cold therapy, providing quick relief for sore muscles and injuries. It’s durable, easy to use, and the size is perfect for various areas like shoulders or knees.My only complaint is that it doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like (which is probably longer than any ice pack out there), but it’s still a reliable, reusable option. With three very active / sporty children, and a body of my own that's falling apart, we are never without these in the freezer. The price was remarkable - I assumed they would be really pricey. They are used week after week. Yes, eventually, some fail and the dreaded Blue Goo leaks out - but they are replaceable. Great product, wrapped in a tea-towel, to soothe young and old aches and pains alike.

My partner uses these for pain relief regularly. One is always in the freezer, while the other one is always available to heat it up. These are extremely convenient, and for the price (can be bought for around £2/2.50 each) they are definitely worth the money.- Much better as cold packs than heat pads (they work, but there are others that work much better as heat pads)- Will last around a year when used regularly as heat pads. It will eventually leak, so have to be careful when warming them up after a while, but again... for the price, it's more than reasonable.- Careful when heating them up! More than 2 minutes on the microwave will be too much and will overheat.
