Best MSM powder for the price and quantity. I've been using it on and off for a few months now and it really is quite a wonderful supplement. One of the few supplements you should certainly try if you care about general health. Just give MSM and quick google search and look at the benefits associated with its use.For me personally it's made my hair and nails grow quite a bit faster, my skin has been improving slow with use and most importantly it's given me more energy throughout the day.When taking it make sure to start off small. I'd even suggest half a teaspoon for a week and build up as MSM headaches can occur. I got them when having too much too quickly when my body hadn't adjusted to it but after building up slowly I can easily take a few teaspoons a day. I also would suggest not taking it after 4pm as it can affect your sleep.

This MSM powder is good. I had in the past different brands and they smelled a bit plasticky and were coarser. Apparently MSM can be natural but also synthetic. I prefer natural.I have been using msm powder last few years. Not constantly as with any supplement I believe it's good to have breaks so body can still have chance to keep the ability to get all the goodness from a healthy diet. MSM helped me in the past heal various inflammations in the body. I take it in the water with a bit of lemon juice because that way it absorbs better. Occasionally I mix it with water and wash my face with it. It's good for topical use as well.

The dosage guidelines have thrown up a huge red flag.According to everything online 99.9% pure msm, which this product claims to be, should have 5 grams or 5000 milligrams of msm per level teaspoon. Yet this product claims to have only 1-2 grams per teaspoon and then suggests people take up to 3 tablespoons a day. If this is really 99.9% msm then that would be 45,000 milligrams of msm daily. The highest I've ever heard of someone taking is around 8,000 milligrams a day, 45,000 would be insane. So the guidelines for use of this product suggests it's actually more like 20-40% msm and the rest is some sort of filler.I feel like I may have been duped(thinking I was buying 500 grams of msm when really it's just 100-200) and hope this is just some sort of error in their guidelines. I'm not sure what way to use this product now as I do not know the true concentrations of msm in it.

Too early to speak of this product as I have used a different brand purchased directly from a nutritionist on a retreat, but this is much better in value and also claims to be organic. I have noticed a difference in taste. Will update once this product is in my system and I see the results. Well packaged and swift delivery.

Great product, not so great taste!This is completely normal for MSM powder and something I expected. (You can always opt for tablets)Not really sure if it is completely down to this, but since I started using this powder there has been noticeable stubbly hairs starting to grow on my scalp, especially where I was thinning, my skin is really clear and I seem to have more energy. Not experienced any unwanted side effects as yet.I take 1 small tsp in a large glass of Ribena (a must for me - it really is bitter) every day. I am super happy with this and will definitely be re-ordering from this company again.

Since taking this, my knees have stopped bothering me and I feel far more 'bouncy'. It also appears to make my hair grow quicker, as my hairdresser pointed out that in the relatively short time between visits, she couldn't believe there was 'so much for her to cut.' Apparently, people who take 3-4 tablespoons per day can see 'remarkable' results, so I've upped my intake. The taste is slightly bitter, but that does not worry me, as I've tasted many worse things! Have just re-ordered.

I have been taking MSM for about a year now in powder form and have found it helpful for arthritic knee joints. This is the first time I have used Aktiv MSM powder but I think it is as good as other makes and will re- order.
