Perfect! Made Peanut noodles!
I'm embarking on a raw vegan diet, and was looking for something tasty that would provide variety. I found a Peanut Noodle recipe using these on IG that looked amazing, and the influencer insisted that they had no taste. Well, she was right!I was a bit concerned by the other reviews, but there really wasn't anything to worry about. I soaked the noodles in bicarbonate of soda, lemon and cold water for a while, while I got the sauce together, and then drained and dried them. They were the perfect texture--soft with bite--and no taste, allowing the the peanut sauce to shine. I'm looking forward to trying them with other dishes.

Interesting
They remind me of rice noodles a bit but are more springy and translucent. I made about two stir fries from one pack. (Cooking for one). They really work for me, they don’t make me bloated and I like the jelly like texture. They are flavourless so they get the flavour from the sauces etc. They need to be soaked and massaged (in lemon juice and bicarbonate soda mixture with water). After they soften I just add them to already sautéed veggies to warm them up and mix with the rest. So very easy to prepare and I didn’t even follow the exact dosage of bicarbonate soda and lemon juice. They are gluten free, contain iodin as well as other nutrients so I class them as a healthy alternative to pasta. Albeit a bit pricy.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Low-carb and low-calorie. Taste is amazing; neutral, so it takes on the flavor of any sauce or broth it's in. Perfect texture after soaking (in warm water, lemon juice, and baking powder) and draining for a few minutes. I'd appreciate if one pack was not so expensive though, the "price:product" ratio is what causes it to lose a star.

It's great ONLY if you know how to prep it
Through trial and error, I managed to make this work for me during my low carb low protein day.Rinsed it a few times, put it in hot water and cover it and left it for 10 min or so, tbh I don't think it matters too much, the first time I boiled it for 20min still the same hard chewy crunchy texture. Then I went crazy and cut them all down to maybe an inch or so and mix it in a thick strong sauce, eg curry, bolognese, or pesto, or Korean hot sauce, then it tastes just like the sauce with a bit of crunch in it.My first try I treated it like a thin noodles in a mild soup and it tasted revolting... Too crunchy and chewy and plasticky.

Worst low carb noodles
Sadly very overpriced and not at all noodle like taste. The consistency feels like rubber and when one bites/ chews these noodles it feels like chewing cucumber. Has not flavour/ taste which is not a problem, but not what I was expecting.

Be careful!
I made two meals with these noodles. The first meal I added them to a stir fry because the instructions said only to rinse them, when i added them to my stir fry they were horrible, wiry, chewy-i gave them to my dogs. Because they were so healthy and bit pricey I thought id put them in a soup because then at least I could blend it, and the hot water softened them and they were lovely! I still blended them because it was a watery soup so it would have been messy to eat, but when i say be careful, it just means to make sure you soak them first so they are not so dry and inedible. It was my first time with them, ive had skinnynoodles before and they are easy just to add straight to a meal. I am on a anti candida diet so they are brilliant for that. Hope this is useful.

Yummy
Fab for raw foodies, i did not think i would like but really enjoyed them and my fuusy teen loved them. Would be great combined with spiralised veg for a raw pad thai.Rinse well before use with lemon juice ...The only downside is the price
