best workout DVD I've ever bought
WOW! Oh my word, well, what can I say?Hands down, best workout DVD I've ever bought. This is a long review but a very honest one. Probably the only review you will need to read on this product.A brief personal Exercise DVD history.. So far in my fairly short life, I have purchased Zumba, Martine McCutcheon, Davina McCall, Rosemary Connelly, Ministry of Sound Dance, Salsacise, The Belly Dancer Workout, The New York Ballet Workout, Beverley Callard, Natalie Cassidy(!), Leslie Sansone, SugaFit, DanceFit, Patsy Palmer Dance Fit, Strictly Come Dancing Fit, Billy Blanks Boxercise, Billy Blanks Hollywood Abs, Chalean Extreme, PaleoFIt, Mari Winsor Pilates, DDP Yoga, Yogacise, Yogalates, just plain Yoga, just plain Pilates and then resorted to Just Plain Laziness and did nothing for months.I have belonged to a gym for 5 years, paying £45 per month and have been twice, once was to pick up a class timetable (I never attended any). I hate, JUST HATE regular, back-and-forthing, boring and repetitive gym exercises, also I am 6'5" so after 30 minutes of any form of jogging or sprinting my lower back and right shin implode, I can't stand queuing for weights or struggling to lift dumbbells correctly whilst the real life versions of Superman, Captain America, The Hulk and Thor look on and try to stop themselves from sniggering. Fiddling with their water bottles...I won't take steroids and yes I have seriously considered it in the past. For three months I worked with a personal trainer 3 times a week and just ended up with thicker thighs (good) but also a thicker waistline and a considerably more anorexic bank balance. My trainer was a professional boxer, lovely guy but couldn't remember what we were supposed to working on or, I suspect, has never had an OUNCE of excess body fat to contend with in his life.My body shape is tall and naturally lean but I have the obesity gene from both parents which is handy if I need to gain 12 stones in under 6 months but not so great if actually I want to just remain lean and trim. I'm nearly 35.From the above DVD list I am guessing that I can pretty much call myself a prolific obtainer of exercise DVDs, I am not addicted, just unable to find anything that will hold my attention or still feel good after a while. I want to exercise without it feeling like exercise. I hate exercise, just plain HATE it. I will never be someone that will get an aerobic rush or become addicted to CrossFit (which incidentally I pursued for two months, three years ago before feeling that it was too tough) I am a naturally lazy person. I want to go from my bed to the spa to the sofa an back to bed again in a steady rotation. Then I discovered the wondrous world of BeachBody. Within the last three years I have obtained P90X, Insanity and T25.P90X is perfect for those people who are willing to spend at least (but often more) an hour a day using a carefully constructed home gym. I couldn't do it, I couldn't sustain it. The final straw was when I pulled the pull up bar that was hooked onto to the top of my lounge door cleanly off and smacked myself in the face with it.Then Sean T crashed onto the circuit with Insanity and T25. I like Insanity, it worked, I dropped the extra pounds and felt good and a bit smug as most people I chatted to about it used to die during just the warm up rounds. It worked but at a price. My knees and ankles would feel like they were burning by the end of the day and after a workout. After your 60 days are up on the programme, I find it just too high impact to do again. My stomach softened and my biceps depleted. Then a huge gap of about 18 months ensued, I kept my weight off by eating a very low calorie diet, not fun, and limiting my alcohol intake. Which was even less fun.Again, I wanted to do exercise, good exercise but something that was fun, something I could do in the privacy of my own home and above all, something that wouldn't feel like exercise. (I say I hate exercise but I fully understand and agree with the notion that it's sort of essential as a human being). This last bit was paramount; if it has a strict structure with a shed load of squats, push ups, mountain climbers, burpees and seemingly, somersaults, then I now know that it is not something I should consider trying, let alone pay for.Because I won't keep it up, I won't do it and if I'm in the zone where I am 'doing it' every day as requested then I find that I'm dreading it the whole day. I can't exercise in the morning because that means getting out of bed very early and I actually don't want that sort of life thank you very much.So after a long time not exercising and actually hating the lack of movement - interesting how the scales stayed more or less the same but in my head I was drifting into the Red Zone on a BMI chart - I decided that I would see if there were any new workout DVDs that could be a lot of fun, easy and something I could look forward to.I wasn't hopeful. Then something called 'Cize' came up on my results list on Google. Sounded silly. Called itself The End of Exercise. Yeah, ok.... The I saw that it was my dear old Drill Sergeant Sean T's creation. I clicked the link. And the rest is history. This DVD is absolutely the absolute best frickin' DVD for exercise that I have ever bought. It's insane. I feel amazing. You basically spend the whole workout learning an extremely easy but a very high energy routine for 30 - 40 minutes then at the end for the length of a good track, you do the routine back to back for as long as the song lasts. Genius. You sweat hard during the learning process, Sean T talks you through all of them, leading by example. You practise the first move until you've worked it out, then you practise the second move until you've worked that one out, then you marry the two together but then learn a third, forth, fifth (and so on) move until you have basically a routine that lasts roughly a minute (which is a very long time when you are working your body fast to keep in time with the beat - arms and legs flailing around all over the show). Then they play the finished track and you blast out the whole routine again and again until it's over. Amazing. I love it.It's very easy to learn, I am not a trained dancer and I no doubt look like a total loser doing it but this get's me moving and exhausted in a way that no other DVD can. It's fun. Really fun - this doesn't feel like a workout, it's just complete body blast where you don't have to worry about what other people are thinking, if you screw up a move, turn the wrong way or step with the wrong foot, no one is there to care, so it doesn't matter. You won't build any muscle with this workout, this is all about cardio and toning. But if God wanted us to have bulging muscles then surely he would have designed us to be able to pack on muscle a hell of a lot more easily than we currently do. Without the use of supplements and anabolic steroids, right? And think about it, once you have attained that Arnie physique, you then have to maintain it. 3 hours a day in the gym, ingesting 5000 'healthy' calories and downing protein shakes and taking drugs to stay that way. If that's your thing, great. It ain't mine.I genuinely look forward to working out everyday, when it's over, it's a shame. More than once after finishing, I've had a short break, drank some water and then repeated the workout. Ask yourself honestly, when have you ever done that before in your life? Exactly.I cannot recommend this DVD highly enough, already I'm looking forward to maybe future releases where there are new songs and new routines. When I am dancing to this workout, I feel like a bleedin' Superstar!Quite simply, burn all your other exercise DVDs and just use this one. For the rest of your life.BUY IT.

Cheesy as it sounds, Cize really is the end of exercise!
This is the first review I've written. I've never felt compelled to before, until now...I bought Cize after seeing an infomercial then read some great reviews on Amazon. I've been looking for a decent exercise DVD (I've tried a few) as I was desperate to lose weight after piling on the pounds after having two children and a demanding job. I've never been able to stick to them as they always feel like such a chore so I tend to give up after a few days.Until I bought Cize, that is. As mentioned before, I had put on a lot of weight over the past few years and was finding it difficult to feel motivated to exericse or find the time to fit it in. I hadn't heard of Sean T but had heard of insanity, so thought I'd give it a go.First session, I was awful, very uncoordinated, felt self conscious and banned my husband from the living room, but by the end of the routine, I had managed to put the routine together and felt pretty awesome. Sean T breaks each section down and builds the routine gradually. On the second day, something clicked and I 'got it' and didn't care if I looked ridiculous. I felt FAB! You are so focused on learning the moves and routine, you don't even think about the time. This isn't what I'm used to as with all other DVD's I'm constantly watching the clock!I'm now on day 6 and I actually look forward to doing the DVD and squeeze it into my routine. I seriously can't ever remember saying that about DVD ever. I can even see the physical changes (although I'm also trying to eat more healthily, I've had the odd chocolate!) You don't have to be super fit, be good at dancing or have loads of spare time (like I said I have 2 kids and I work) I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun exercise DVD. As cheesy as it sounds, Cize really is the end of exercise!!

Thank u Shaun T for making me to Cize it up
Really enjoying this video despite a pain on my right knee cap, I dance away ignoring the pain cos I enjoy cize dance exercise. This is an exercise that doesn't feel like an exercise. Your moving ur hand, legs and body at the same time to a dance which exercises ur body. Because I enjoyed this I did this in the morning b4 going to work and evenings when I get back from work. Mind u I still find time to cize it up despite the fact I am married with 2 kids lovely hyperactive kids who join me to cize it up. Even if I didn't want to ,my kids wont let me rest cos they too look forward to cize. Thats too tell u how I love this dance exercise video. Bought it from uk and took it with me to Nigeria. Good detailed breakdown steps. After 2 weeks tough I didn't see any initial weightloss result on scale rather its inches of my body that I noticed. Its my day 3 of my 6th week now but just for this review, I weighed myself and happily discovered that I lost 4kg (8.8 pounds). Take note I didn't really follow the food receipe book the package as most of tge foods are not available in Nigeria. All I did was to lessen my food portions, reduce my carbs in take, little or no oils in most food and yes lots of water. This video may look easy but it got my sweating. Even Shaun T got sweating in the video. I really recommend this video especially to new beginners like me who have been out of exercising for over a year. I will go another round of this video another 6 weeks. Am using this video as a comeback to build my stamina and resistance b4 I proceed to Focus T25 and possibly max30 afterwards.

Macht also 3-4 Minuten für jeden Move.
