Awesome machine, worth every penny!!!
We recently moved into a house that had been owned by an elderly person and, well, frankly it smelt like an old people's home - BAD! We used an industrial carpet washer - no better. We tried the distilled malt vinegar trick - some improvement but the smell came back within 48 hours.Then we tried this beastie - wow! We have fired it up TWICE for just TWENTY MINUTES each time and the smell is completely gone now. I wouldn't have believed it possible.The only words of warning I would offer are, do NOT try to use the rooms you have zapped until they have aired out for at least 4 or 5 hours because the ozone the machine produces gives you one mother of a sore throat!!!

Small and powerful machine
Very satisfied with this small yet powerful machine. Tenants' use of cooking spices had left smell throughout flat. However, repeated applications of the ozone generator (approx. 8hrs applications per room) has left property smell free. Reading in the internet smells of cooking will not be tackled effectively by this machine if surfaces are not cleaned of heavy food deposits first. Tip: when applying ozone generator in the kitchen turn on the hob's fan.

EXCELLENT, BUT READ THE MANUAL BEFORE USE IT!
Excellent Ozone Generator, worth the investment, it really effectively GET RID of mold and mildewa, it not just mask odours but literally DESTROY IT, without use of nasty chemicals. Bear in mind that before you use, you REALLY FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTION ON THE MANUAL, because inhaling high concentrations of ozone can harm your health, so, you must know how to use it properly.

Did not last very long
i purchased this item at the end of April, the delivery was fast but the device has stopped working. The fan spins but there is no ozone generation.i have changed the fuses but still no blue glow inside or Ozone.How do I get the item repaired or claimed?

Weird but Effective
This does a great job of freshening up rooms or cars etc. Make sure you seal everything up before you use, and no animals or people around, and it will freshen things up nicely if its a small space. Ozone sinks so place them high.For open plan houses it will not work - possibly if you have several of them.

Worked as described. Make sure you are not in the area while in use for health reasons(dont wanna breathe it) and that you let the area air out afterwards.I personally used on a lingering vomit smell in my car and it completely got rid of it.Good stuff!
