Having researched DE food grade in depth and also having already used the non food grade for getting rid of a suitcase of bedbugs brought back from holiday abroad, plus being an avid alternative way person; add to this my out of control weight gain, my out of control getting more and more allergies, and general ill health, when all the doctors test said I was normal... huh... I decided I may as well try DE food grade and bought this brand from this seller. It arrived reasonably quickly, but I was on edge for it coming anyway.... It did not taste of anything so plopped a teaspoon in about an ounce or two of cola my favourite drink followed by a glass of water... and waited. That night did it again just before bed. Occasionally felt as if something inside was biting me to gain leverage about not being removed out of me but nothing really horrid. The next morning waited till after BM by drinking water had an amazingly clean-out BM and started again. By third day was on tablespoon morning and night. Did start to have dry mouth especially during the night but seeing as I am a cola addict and hate water and therefore not drinking enough water (proven by drinking some and feeling better)... am very happy with the outcome. All fluxes in my eyes causing more pink eye in past 18 months than my whole life before, itchy, breaking open lesion on skin, itch scalp, always being bitten by any spider, etc that got in the house.... all stopped and now less than a week later and I am not plagued by all this, my food allergies are better and having now dusted my itchy part of my scalp then washed it away a day later, no longer have itchy scalp and skin is healing and looking so much more youthful... energy is up and stomach already flatter. Hope my weight is down but don't want to weigh myself until my clothes are completely dropping off me. I add a multivitamin every day and take acidophilus too... occasionally take a castor oil capsule over night because I don't drink enough water, but all is well... I have not yet changed my normal food intake but feel I will have better possible outcome from a diet now as the little critters that demanded sugar so often are reduced and leaving. I definitely give testament to the goodness I have received from using this product. Thank you. By the way I am a young 65 year old lady.... life begins again after DE :)

I bought this product after hearing about it for bed bugs before trying this we tried sprays pesticide powders nothing worked!!!! I have to children and a 5 bedroom house so as you can imagine it was a nightmare sounds daft but it ruined our lives for 3 whole months then we bought this🙂It will not work alone you need to use a combination of methodsFirst we emptied all wardrobes and draws put them all in black bin bags as we washed them everything including pillows duvets bedding was wash on 60 degree wash the placed in the conservatory until i new we had eliminated them we hoovered every inch of carpets wardrobes bedside tables draws pictures were taken off walls and hoovered the kids were not allowed in there rooms apart from to sleep as soon as they awoke pjs were put in bin bags and washed bedding changed twice a week mattresses hoovered and steamed everyweek do not sleep in any other room as they will follow you you need to be bait for them so they travel through the poison we then placed the product in a powder puffer an literally covered (in every room) cracks lamp shades all the carpet the mattresses draws wardrobes everything in this stuff (make sure you wear a mask because its really bad for your lungs and do it in a morning so it’s settled by bed time) we hovered it up and did 3 times we had rentokil traps under the bed to check for them and this is how me eliminated the little vampires I never wanna come across them ever again 😫😁 so what im saying is ignore the bad reviews and buy this for bed bugs its amazing 😉

I took this for two weeks and didn't notice much difference other than it suppressing my appetite and making me feel bloated. However, diatomaceous earth (DE) has done amazing things for my cat and my mother. My 8 year old cat was having problems with fleas, a dull looking coat, and low energy. After eating DE in his wet cat food for a couple of weeks, he has no fleas, his coat looks shiny and thick, and he's bouncing around like a kitten again. My mother has reported increased hair and nail growth, more energy, less IBS, and a disappearance of her arthritis.All I got from DE was a bloated tummy. Granted, I also don't have any reoccurring medical conditions, I'm still relatively young, and I try to stick to a healthy, well rounded diet; there wasn't anything wrong with me to begin with. DE is basically just silica, which is a highly necessary mineral for keeping your body strong and it helps to heal various aliments. I looked at my diet and realized I've been addicted to eating cucumbers for the past 2 years which are ridiculously high in silica already.My cat was eating just the normal store bought food so not much silica there. My mother is on a very strict high protein diet with little much anything else (she's losing weight, but I don't think her body was getting all the nutrients it needed). So adding DE to their diets has done amazing things.In terms of DE curing intestinal parasites/worms... Well, I know my cat definitely had some stomach problems from those as it comes with the nature of fleas. And going by his current behavior, I would say the DE definitely got rid of whatever worms had taken up residence in his stomach. But for humans? I don't know so I can't speak on that topic.I'm giving this product 3 stars because even though I've seen it do wonders for members of my family, I'm not sure if it's very necessary for everyone. A lot of the added benefits can probably be achieved simply by taking a good look at your diet and adjusting the foods you eat accordingly. I know there are a lot of companies going around chanting that diatomaceous earth is a miracle cure for everything and everyone should be taking it, etc... I do think DE works, but only if actually you need more silica in your diet.
