I'd been using this product for some time and then I moved and in the confusion and reorganization, I didn't use it for a few months because I lost it! Then one day I thought that I would buy some again and the difference after my first application was instantaneous, and it's just been getting better and better!A little goes a long way and always use your little finger to apply - it's the most gentle. I use three Viola products on my face and they make my skin look good. Looking after your skin is a way of giving yourself a bit of pampering and that bit of self care is important.I have recently been quite unwell and caring for my under eye area with this product has helped boost my confidence. My dark circles from poor sleep have decreased a lot.I love this eye serum, it's gentle and effective.

Good value for money

I have sensitive scratchy eyes with heavy eye bags that I seem to have had most of my life, I’m 50 and my skin is very young though and wrinkle free, I’ve always had compliments on it but my eye bags kind of let it down and aged me that way.I have tried numerous top brand eye creams to combat this without success.I have been using this product for about a week now twice a day, I should have done a before and after but like all the rest of the products I tried I didn’t have much faith.I am extremely happy with the results so far! The eye area is smoother, softer and has reduced the eye bags ‘dramatically’, the dark circles are also reduced. It is very noticeable and without a doubt the best eye product I have ever used. What a find! Don’t hesitate to try it!My eyes are sensitive and I’ve had no flare ups but obvious like myself do a patch test before you use it. This will definitely be my only eye cream from now, thank you! At last, a product that really works!

I've been using this eyecream for a couple of months. I started off using x2 a day....mistake! It actually felt as though it was burning my skin. After reading the instructions, it does advise to start at just once a day and build up to twice daily. I did as suggested and the irritation stopped. I do have slightly puffy eyes with just a few very fine lines...6 weeks later and I still have the same puffiness and lines, it has done nothing to improve the appearance. My opinion is, if it can't help with my minor issues, it is going to be no use at all for people with bigger concerns around their eye area. On the plus side, the skin around my eyes does feel moisturised after I've used it and the bottle looks quite stylish...just a shame it doesn't deliver on improvements. I won't be buying this again

I had a very bad experience using this product. The product got into my eyes.Day 1: This whole saga began when I felt some irriation in my eyes; I initially went and flushed my eyes using an eye bath containing luke warm water. However, both eyes became extremely bloodshot. It was alarming, upsetting and worrying to see this. I purchased some Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash to help with my eyes.Day 2: Both eyes became very stingy when I used the eye bath containing the Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash. Again, I felt alarmed and upset about this experience. I read all the 1 star reviews about this product to find out what was going on with this seller.Day 3: Both eyes had improved though they were both a bit itchy from time to time. When I used the Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash the stinging in both eyes had gone. However, both eyes still remained a bit bloodshot. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and reported this seller to them. I told Amazon I did not want to return my anti ageing serum to the seller as I told them that uSkin can be an unscrupulous company. I told Amazon that I felt they would most likely send the bad serum I had received out to someone else, not caring that the product is unsafe for the eyes. I received an email confirmation that uSkin would be investigated by Amazon and I received a second email detailing my full refund from Amazon.

I want to begin by stating that my eyes are quite sensitive and so if I use a cream of any kind under the eye they pierce my eyes slightly as in it's an uncomfortable feeling. Once I had read the positive reviews about this product and saw the word serum I decided to try it. I get bags and circles under my eyes, some days worse than others.It's texture is the same as a cream and although I am no expert it is nothing like serums I have used before. I'm afraid having used it now for almost a month, it hasn't made any difference. Pehaps it's more suitable for women, I don't know but it hasn't worked for me so far and because it pierces my eyes, I should probably stop using it all together.
