Great Product!
I used this for the first time last night to make my Shepherds Pie, it was brilliant!!! The size is huge and there are only two of us to cook for, but I am inclined to make recipes for six people and freeze the remaining four portions so this is just perfect for me. I also found that everything cooks quicker because of the size, i.e. smaller units will take longer because the food will be deeper in the pan whereas this spreads out because of the size and therefore shorter time required to cook. I also found a simmer function somewhere between the arrow and the '0' heating level, so it does simmer for the lady who didn't think it did. It is a perfect replacement for a multi pan I bought many years ago and finally broke down on me recently, I had to replace it and I thoroughly recommend this as the perfect replacement.

Not too sure what people class as good quality here but this certainly isn't it for me
It feels very flimsy. Not too sure what people class as good quality here but this certainly isn't it for me. The inside of the bottom part that comes away from the actual pan itself (when you undo the screw) is rusty. That would be due to washing the pan and water getting in there. I don't have an issue with that part myself but if you don't want that then I guess you'll always be having a screwdriver handy every time it needs a wash. It also doesn't cook stuff evenly. The ring where the element goes will cook faster than anywhere else. I actually don't find this pan of any real use for what I've always used one for. Yes it will fry things but to do anything else is a no go unless you're there to watch it. Simmering anything is a next to no deal. I'm quietly hoping it stuffs out.Now after a year I finally have my wish of it stuffing out. Plugged it in and smoke started coming out of where you connect the plug into the pan. A wickedly horrendous smell now occupies my kitchen. It's fried!

gigantic and deep perfect for stews curries and big family gatherings
product arrived very quick and didn't disappoint size wise , I had been looking for a large multi cooker mainly for stews and curries for family gatherings which in our house can mean as many as 30 people with kids etc. so wanted a pot that didn't have to be watched over all night this fitted the bill , lighter than expected based on overall size but has too side handles which is great for moving when full , nice clear glass lid with a steam vent in top and clear dials 1-5 for temp control , non stick so should be perfect for the bonfire curry

Great
This is my second electric fryer. The first on wasn't this deep and is really good but this one is amazing for cooking risotto or things with sauces on, doesn't make a mess and spill.Great machines.

Great accessory
Have never cooked Paella before but this makes it quite easy, the pan is easy to use and easy to clean, great bit of kit

Fantastic!
Now this is a really useful bit of kit especially if you do a lot of entertaining. Previous reviews stating "it cannot simmer" or "cannot be used as a multi-pan" are just totally incorrect. I strongly suggest reading the manual. We have successfully slow-cooked a number of dishes over the last year some involving over 8-hours in the pan. The pheasant in red wine prepared by Mrs G just last week (and simmered for over 8 hours) was absolutely spectacular (it comfortably takes 4 medium sized pheasants). I also find it excellent for preparing risotto and paella so don't be put off by negative reviews just do something radical and read the manual.
