Good but expensive
It’s comfort, sounds good, stay in your ears, but it’s expensive enough

Facts these do fit the Melomania 1+
COMPLY T-600 do fit the Melomania 1+, its a very tight fit but they do fit ( turn and push on ), the original Melomania 1+ foam ones fitted better, but over time when taking them out of the charger case I had a issue with the foam coming off all them time after a few weeks/months, im glad that these are a nice tight fit and they will not come off in the charging case when I remove them, on the charger case with these new foam ones it a snug fit and the lid closes no issue and they charge no problems there, I recommend these guys

Fit for Cambridge Audio Melomania 1 plus
I ordered these after buying a set of Cambridge Audio Melomania 1 plus earbuds. The foam tips that come with the buds are...Ok, but both pairs of medium tips disintegrated after two weeks of moderate use. I did a lot of searching around to try to find some replacements/upgrades and found these. I'd read some reviews that said they don't fit the buds at all. They DO. They do need some careful fitting but they do fit reassuringly well. These Comply 600s are a lot chunkier than the tips that come with buds but I could tell that the quality was far superior to the originals. The one downside is that the buds now don't 'snap' into the charging case as they do with the originals and that was a lovely little tactile joy, but seeing as that's not my primary use then it doesn't bother me too much. And I read from other reviews that have fitted these to the Melomania 1 plus that they don't charge in the case and the buds stay connected via bluetooth to your device... I can confirm, for me, they do charge and they do disconnect from the device.I think the Melomania 1 plus are fantastic little things with a massive sound and these tips make that sound so much better. When you scrunch them down to fit into your ears they expand and create a really good seal. THEN you get the true power of these buds to ramp up. I can definitely recommend these little things if you have a pair of the Melomania 1 plus. As for durability I can't comment as I only received them today, but they certainly look like they might last longer than a week!

Excellent with some caveats
I also use these with Sennheiser IE80s which are an amazing sounding earphone but also deeply flawed in so many respects. The main one being the ear tips available. I've tried just about every tip Sennheiser have made for these, and none of them, bar the foam ones, offer much isolation at all. What I need from isolation is something that will make music enjoyable on the Picadilly line where ambient noise averages 90-100db. The Sennheiser foam ones just about work if you really push them in and your ears are completely dry, however when the humidity is high in the summer they just slip out too far, every few minutes. This is compounded by the annoying design of the weighty armatures and over-ear plastic retainers, an absolute nightmare to wear with glasses. Then there is the shape of the microphone which catches on ones shirt collar and tugs at the earphones. All of which just makes trying to listen to music on the move with these really vexatious. The Comply ones fit better than any of the Sennheiser ones, and actually stay in for about the first 3-4 weeks anyway, which is why I'm only giving them 4 stars. So altogether if you are willing to sacrifice some soundstage in return for actual audible music on a commute then these are great. If you are using headphones like this in any other context, and you want to maximise soundstage then the Comply ones do involve some sonic compromise. However personally these earphones involve so many compromises already in utility that anywhere other than a commute I would use proper headphones like the HD 580s....

Work perfectly with Cambridge Audio Melomania 1
Bought these for my new Cambridge Audio Melomania 1s. I always like to buy comply eartips when I get new in ear phones. The Melomanias came with a pair of foam eartips, but they were quite small (presumably so the buds themselves will slot easily into the charging case), and I found them a bit uncomfortable. The sound isolation also wasn’t great. So when I read on the CA website that these comply tips would fit, I decided to give them a go.They do require a bit of coaxing to get them to go on, but when on, they are awesome. They are really comfortable, as they’re a bit thicker than the foam tips that come in the box. They also block out the outside noise a lot better. I wore them out walking the dog this evening, and I couldn’t hear the wind and other outside noises at all. I haven’t had any issues getting them into the charging case. They don’t snap in the way they do with normal tips on, but they do go in easily. With the standard rubber tips on, I could tell these buds were really good, but with the complys, they sound so much better. The superb seal results in a much fuller sound. The rubber tips make them sound a touch thin, but there’s none of that with these complys. Just great sound. Highly recommended.I will update this review in a couple of months with an update on their durability.

Warning to Melomania 1 owners.
The quality of these foam buds cannot be denied, HOWEVER despite many reviews to the contrary they are NOT suitable for Melomania 1's.First of all, it takes a lot of effort to actually fit them properly, as the plastic ring on the inside of the foam is just a little bit narrower than the width of the Melomania 1 monitors.Second incompatibility is that the ear buds are too long for the Melomania 1's to fit naturally in their charging case. So you have to press down hard on them to fit them in the case.Third is 2 separate problems with the same cause. Since the foam pads are too big for the case (I ordered medium T600's) the monitors cannot maintain the contact needed to disconnect them from your phone/device. Leaving your device trying to play sound through the headphones that you're not using. It's the second issue this factor causes which has me returning the foam tips; they prevent the Melomania 1's from charging consistently. The size of the foam tips prevent the monitors making proper contact with the charging elements of the case.
