This was the perfect gift for my work bestie when we both left our jobs. I was blown away with the value. Aside from a small flaw in the metal on one spot it was beautiful. It came in a gift box that included inside a pink silk bag and cleaning cloth. It also came with a blank card to gift with it and a gift bag. Really, really nice presentation.

Well package. Get a lot for your money. Great gift.

The necklace its self is fine but it’s very misleading sending the necklace without the packaging and card with the description of the necklace. The whole point of getting the necklace is to have the card about “soul sisters” and the meaning behind the necklace so to have it arrive in a baggy in a box with no card attached was super disappointing and misleading. Had I known it was coming that way I would not have purchased this item. It even says in the description that it includes the card but I never got the card and it was weird giving it as a gift to someone and it not having that to include with it. For that reason I am giving a low star review.

This product did not come anything like it shows in the picture. The saying card is what drew me as this was supposed to be a special gift for my best friend for her birthday, I did not even get the saying card. This item came tangled up in a little baggy, not nicely displayed as it is in the photo. And no meaningful message with it. Feel ripped off.

I received mine in a plastic bag, nothing else. it was not gift wrapped, not box or anything. what you see in the product description and pictures is NOT what I got. Very disappointing. Necklace is also very fragile looking

My wife ordered this for a friend. Not at all as described. No message card, no box, no pouch. It came in a tiny plastic bag. Looks terrible. False advertising ! She will be returning it.
