Not reducing noise

I purchased these for an interview room. The room is about 10X8 and it had a real bad echo and also a real "live" sound. I put up the 12 panels on three walls in different patterns. It actually works. These little panels cut down on a bunch of the echo and also the "live" sound. We are going to purchase some more to make the room even better and look at getting a bunch more for other interview rooms. The panels are thin and light and we used a good quality double sided tape to place them. All the panels were the same and no damage to them. Was shocked to see how well just a little bit worked.When you close the door to the room you can actually feel the quiet hit you. It does not cut out all sound from outside and like I said we have to purchase more to make it work even better but it did improve the room quite a bit.

So far I'm impressed with the design of the squares. Easy to install, I think they have helped somewhat with my issue of noise transfer. I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors can be loud. I wanted something that I could 1. help reduce their noise 2. help with the echo in my space due to so many hard walls and 3. affordable. I can tell it is helping with my space and I think I notice a difference in the sound masking with my neighbors. The color is much darker than expected based on the color that was shown on the page so be aware of that. The darker color works in my space, I guess but was really looking for the softer brown shown. For the price, if it works, you can beat it. Other options were upwards of $1000 or for a wall system.

Not as good as other more expensive tiles. Ok, even though the description may be the same it's not the same. Me thinking that I could save money by buying a 12 pack for the same price as a previous 6 pack and instead got a lesser product. It seems hollow and not filled all the way through like the more expensive packs...the tiles are much lighter which means I'm not getting the same level of sound proofing. I used these in my living room versus the more expensive ones were used on my bedroom wall which is a more important area for me because it's a shared wall. They did work for my needs which was to stop vibrations from coming in from my upstairs neighbor. I bought more of these only because I need orange to match my decor. Because I noticed the difference in going to do a pattern on another wall.

I’m so excited to use it and stick it on our wall. My husband is a loud snoring monster at night. It interrupts my little daughter’s sleep at night and obviously will awaken is too. Will be back here to give more update for the effectivity of this product. My hopes are high. So is my daughter.

Worked for the purpose I needed. Use straight pins to fasten them, trust me, if you tap them in, they are more than enough and barely leave a mark!! I also hot glued the backs to gang them together first, then put up large sections in lieu of messing with each panel. They look pretty good too but consider buying more for proper feng shui. Lastly, be cautious of the colors, Not sure the site represents them accurately. The size is indeed less than stated as well, but it is what it is.
