I've been having bulletproof coffee with Kerrygold and cocunut oil for ages. This, however, is levelling up in BIG way.Only been using it for 4 days but the difference is so noticeable it's astounding. The only way I can describe it is that it's like getting hold of the stuff that turned Bradley Cooper's life round in Limitless. That is genuinely how it feels. Boundless energy, no growling hunger pangs at 10am, and a clear head the likes of which I have never known on a Monday morning. Not to mention that it fuels my Insanity workouts better than any pre-workout I've ever tried.Granted, I have never tried MCT so I can't comment on whether or not it's worth the extra money. I can, however, tell you that I am thoroughly convinced this has magical powers directly from Hogwarts and I'll be adding a subscribe order shortly because I can't imagine going without it.

Tried some other MCTs for Bullet Proof coffee. Then returned to this one. Can't say I ever got the meteoric alertness and energy from ANY bullet proof coffee but then I'm pretty on top already so maybe it is degrees of experience.This one does feel more substantive and lasts quite a while - I'm usually 1 coffee first thing or sometimes 2 - even though I'm on 1 - 2 Tablespoons MCT

Love this product,It’s not cheap but I use in my bulletproof coffee so it replaces breakfast every day, I also add into most meals at home and even take it on the road with me when I travel with work.The uplift in energy and brain function is great, and the bottle lasts around 6 weeks, so after the initial cost it’s actually quite reasonable price.Buy it now..... Helps with keto adaptation for ketosis and intermittent fasting or at least reducing carbs or delaying them to evening...weightloss and mental clarity and mood stability.Also with my pain from arthritis..... Really does help.Tasteless tooBulletproof stuff is pricey but seems to be the real deal....wish I could afford more products...Only change I would like.... I hope they will redesign the bottle with spout cap also to put on for drip free measured pouring...or a taller skinnier bottle for smaller hands...lol..

Can't even begin to explain the level of superiority this has to normal MCT oil. It gives you a noticeable difference in performance, really kick starts your fat burning mechanisms in the body, and helps cook food to perfection without denaturing your protein. We love this stuff and couldn't be happier to find it on Amazon UK! Even better is that it's the monster sized bottles! We go through around 500ml per week between coffee and cooking (for 3 people). Getting the bigger bottles helps us feel free to consume more, feel better, and have steady high performance throughout the day. We'll be buying a lot more of this in the coming weeks!

Starting the day without this is now not an option for me. Yes, it's expensive but the benefits make it worth it.No hunger until 2pm, clear head, no caffeine jitters, low body fat.My advice to people starting to use it is to start SLOWLY, use small doses at first, 1/2 TBS then gradually move up to 1 TBS, it's amazing how your body adapts, if I know I've got a big day coming I use 2+ TBS and 30 gms butter in my coffee, I'm trucking until 3pm.

Sans gout et pas désagréable à prendre pur à la cuillère. J’essayé le recette de café mais même bien mélanger dans ma thermomix j'ai un gout de mauvais café huileuse. Trop tôt pour voir les disons "avantages" de fonctionnement de cerveau ni sur le perte de poids.
