Solid Makita Storage
The Makpac Connector Cases are built in True Makita fashion. Blue and Solid.These cases are able to lock into each other allowing safe storage and transport.I would argue the Milwaukee packout system is a little more refined however they cost significantly more.I utilise both storage systems with the Makita Makpac storing the more specialist tools.

Brilliant!
Got some of these already and know that the quality is great. Catches can be a bit stiff when stacking but a very minor observation. This one even came with an insert for a drill, impact driver and charger which I wasn't expecting, BONUS👍😃😃. Bargain at the price.

Good quality
If you’re investing in Makita power tools you’re going to want to look after them and these. Makpacs are perfect for the job - sturdy enough and look good, especially when used with some Shadowfoam inserts.These Makpac boxes often come with a number of stickers on the outside which you will probably want to remove - USEFUL TIP - once you’ve peeled the stickers off, the adhesive residue that is left behind can easily be removed by spraying it with some WD40. Just leave the WD40 to work for a minute and then wipe clean.

Excellent storage idea
I wanted home storage for a 240v circular saw, angle grinder and a few other bits and pieces. This fits the bill just right and clips to a type 2 case I have already. Yes, the latches are stiff but nothing a smear of grease doesn't sort out...no need to file the lugs down I've found as they now clip together smoothly and without any effort at all. Possibly the plastic of the main case is a little brittle to sling around in a van or building site but for home storage they excellent.
