This travel case fits a new 3DS XL perfectly, not too tight and it won’t move around in the case.The games/charger storage area is useless. I have a USB charger and it’s a struggle to fit that, even without the wall plug. The case would be more functional if they made it a little shallower as a minimal case.I needed a travel case for New 3DS XL. This is the 4th and overall smallest hard case I have tried. All the others were too small on the inside. Not by a lot - the 3DS fit, but was hard to remove and pressing the shoulder buttons the whole time it’s in there. This case gets a better ranking due to how bad the other options were. This is the only one where I feel that I got what I paid for, in a good way. It would be 5* if they got rid of the charger storage and made the case smaller.

As another review mentions, the case doesn't have enough room to fit the console and the charger, and I'm using the official Nintendo 3DS/2DS charger. Other than that, the case is nice and sleek and does the job well.

All round good case but just the hand strap broke after only a few uses

Nice case but the games don’t fit well next to each other so you have to space it. Other then that it’s good. Wish charger would fit but too tight for that
