Works well for a knock off of the HSGI one. No complaints.

Color matched perfectly, pack fit perfectly on my belt, plenty of room to fit the entirety of my ifak, easy to retrieve using either arm, feels secure while moving.

I like the price and color matches my gear very well the only thing I didn't like is the handles for the inner removable part they seem like they might not hold up as well cause they are rubber like but overall a great bargain

Able to fit all Items I need on a IFAK for my range belt with room to spare, or I should say room for spares. Quick access for an emergency which is what it is ultimately intended for.

I ducktape the tabs. To create stronger pull tabs. Problem solved

Not too bulky, i have my trauma sheers outside on the front, as well as my TQ on the top, very good for ambidextrous needs, easy to pull out either left or right side. (I have this on my battle belt and I love it)

So far working as advertised, only downside is that if you don’t have a lot of stuff in the product then the inner starts to fall out of the sleeve. But very well done and I’m definitely going to consider this again if needed.

This thing is utterly horrendous. The Molle clips it comes with it are not great at all. It is way too loose on my vest and just a bit of movement causes the medical stuff I have in it to fall out despite having secured it.
