I did a lot of research on vitamins before buying these and I do feel you get what you pay for. The ingredients are really good quality and 100% active, no bulking agents, etc.I've been taking these for a little over a week and I really can feel the difference already, probably after only 4/5 days. I was feeling quite 'foggy' mentally, really run down and falling asleep as soon as I took my toddler to bed. I never have enough hours in the day as it is, so to be falling asleep around 8pm meant I was losing out on valuable time. But as I write this its gone 11.30pm and I'm still feeling wide awake! I had suspected I was deficient in B vitamins and these have certainly proved it and I'm so happy to get such quick results. Really happy I'm managing a few hours after little one is in bed to get things done and have a bit of me time, other than sleep!!Watch for the almost glow in the dark pee!I went for these as I felt the higher dose of B12 suited my needs based on my symptoms (extreme fatigue, headaches, lethargy, low mood, etc). I've been taking these for years since a friend recommended them, and they've been great. Recently decided to buy a cheaper version to try and save a few pounds BUT after a couple of weeks of taking cheaper B12 supplements I didn't feel right...so I ordered these again and within a few weeks all is good! 👍🏼

great item from a great company if you do your research Viridian is a excellent company with good ethics i will only purchase these item you can find them on the high street but you really need to look.For the price you get what you pay for and this is 1st class product they sell many other items have a look at there website.

A really good product and a well known brand

My wife takes this for energy and to balance out her hormones (she is in her late 40s). She is able to work 15 hours a day at her desk (Monday to Friday) without feeling tired and her mood has improved during challenging times of the month since taking it. It is expensive for a B complex, but lasts 3 months, so good value - especially when considering the amount of each B vitamin (it isn’t just B12) and the quality associated with the Viridian brand.

A vegan dietitian suggest to us. I cannot say if it’s working well but it is a vegan capsule and filled inside with seaweed Alfa Alfa so for who care about healthy food this is a best option

Arrived earlier than the estimated date. I have used this product before and found it helps to boost my energy levels when going through a stressful period. Previously: Before I started to take them I felt quite fatigued and often felt sleepy during the day. Taking these lifted my energy levels and I ceased to get that sleepy feeling most days. Hopefully this time round they will work for me just as well. I am very happy with the product and the service.
