Twinkies Twin Pack - 20 Cakes

I might be a bit biased, having grown up a poor kid from the SoCal region if the US, but Twinkies are great! Flavor packed with sugar, oily artificial cream goodness, and vanilla. Made during the great depression, Twinkies were a treat to my grandmother who heard all the stories of buying a pack of Twinkies (they often came two to a pack - one to share!) as a tasty, cheap treat. The tradition was always shared in my house, on the rare and special occasion we had them. They are fond, lovely memories and joy all wrapped in yummy goodness. Twinkies are still as tasty as I remember them, and I hope to share them this year with those I love!

I've been a huge fan of Twinkies for years and when I saw 2 boxes for £8.99, I was a little skeptical.Just received them and I'm really happy, not just with the condition of the boxes themselves but with the Use By date too! I was expecting them to be around a month from going out of date as per some of the other reviews but October 2019 is amazing!Really pleased with the product and service👌🏻 an excellent price too considering Tesco sells boxes of 10 for around £5.99, or even some American themed stores near me can sell them for £7+ for a box of 10 cakes.Thanks again! I'll definitely be picking more up soon!

If it was not for the whole lot of calories and sugar intake that each of this cardio bombs contain in each other I would give it 5 Stars Rate. But it is actually like any other sweet / candy, that we can eat, moderation is KEY. I think everyone should try this as it is the best of the best industrial individually wrapped sponge cakes I know. I am thinking about giving the other flavors a test one of this days.

Packaging was good, product arrived undamaged. These are a great ‘tea cake’ I offer to friends. Always liked them as a kid and to this day. Expiry dates are good so they do not need to be eaten immediately. Not bad price for an imported item.

Fantastic item tastes good.... Have missed eating Hostess products especially Twinkies but could be a little cheaper for the uk market...

Twinkies are something the UK doesn't have a decent equivalent to. The sponge is light and soft, and it actually is filled with cream like the packaging shows.Still expensive, but way better than any of the other Hostess brand cakes. Worth a try once at least.

Yummy Twinkies, am sure, the flavour will be reliable, however it is disappointing that they arrived today squashed in ripped and battered packaging. Not acceptable considering the price of 2 boxes.
