Having heard nothing but rave reports of this Japanese green tea i decided i would try it as my increasing years are starting to slow me up, early days i have not used even half of the capsules.... But wow i really am feeling more energetic fresh and alert, its not my imagination as i study things carefully before deciding to put into my body. But i am very impressed, also the supplier, the product, service, etc all clearly shows quality and product and packaging are of pharmaceutical quality. Swift delivery professionally packaged. Update 27/01/2018 i am not doing gym i normally walk lots but last few weeks no walking as awful weather in my area... But i am losing weight off my belly area, its a fact! I never took it for that, i also have a very fatty liver but i still drink plenty of wine last 10 years but take milk thistle and my liver enzymes have returned to normal!! But this japanese green tea has something as i feel more alert less stressed and deffo losing weight without trying and i feel strong and healthy. Soo a high recommendation from me. They are Japanese green tea soo like a Honda car extremely reliable. 😀

I am always a bit suspicious of products which claim they may help with weight loss, because they inevitably tell you that you need to take them along with a calorie-controlled diet and exercise. Well if you do those, which are proven to help you lose weight, then of course you'll lose weight, but it'll be the diet and exercise which causes it to happen - and whilst the product may have helped you lose more than you otherwise would - how are you to know?Still, I have been taking these for a month now and I didn't gain any weight during a week's holiday when I stopped being good and ate more than I should have done - totally unscientific I know, but I took these religiously and I think they might have helped a bit.In any case, they seem a very good quality supplement - I had read Matcha green tea was superior to any old green tea, and they are big capsules which seem to have a lot of it in them, so I am hoping if they aren't helping with weight-loss they are having a good antioxidant effect for my general health.Anyway they are well-packaged and I am satisfied with them and I have already ordered more, so it seems fair to leave a positive review.

I didn't notice any difference in my weight unfortunately but the product is giving me that energy I need to actually go to the gym after work instead of collapsing on the couch. Without the product I am super tired on most days after work and just feel like laying on the sofa and watching TV. Drinking coffee after work is not an option because I won't be able to sleep later on then.These supplements have been a great solution for my extreme fatigue in the evenings/afternoons: I take one or two with my lunch and my usual afternoon and evening slump doesn't kick in, instead I now have the energy to exercise on most days after work!I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because it didn't seem to aid with weight loss.

Bought in conjunction with other supplements from Love Life. Having been diagnosed with a fatty liver, entirely self inflicted through misuse of alcohol over many years , action was needed to help heal and regenerate my poor liver!I do enjoy green tea, but this particular tea is pricey and the supplements are very cost effective and easy to swallow.I am thrilled by their product, , Broccoli Sprout Extract, since I am not fond of cruciferous veg and miss out on their 'super food' status.It is now 3 months and I am feeling great, missing my lovely wine, but in balance, this is the way forward.Skin and hair look better and more energy.Will continue to order these supplements.Highly recommend!

For me the taste was not good because of this made me gag, suffer with gastric reflux so just constant after taste. Also very big so hard to swallow.

I was very disappointed to see the colour of the capsules was very pale so I opened one to check and yes, the colour of the powder was a very pale green . This means it is not a high quality matcha as advertised as a good quality matcha should be a deep dark green. I chose this brand over the one I usually buy as the reviews were excellent, however the product is not. I do not recommend this poor quality supplement
