Great product, does the job
4.5 StarsThis is quite an impressive container for batteries. The spacers that come with it are certainly not useless, they're great if you only have a few batteries as they not only lift them higher but they stop anything rolling around when the lid is closed. Each section is laid out well and the lid not only fits great it also has shaped plastic lugs to 'hug' the batteries in place. One good under rated feature is that all of the hinges and clips are the type that snap onto the plastic pin and revolve rather than those nasty molded hinges which snap after a few goes. The plastic itself is fairly good, it's tough and flexible though I'd imagine it would crack if you dropped it when full of batteries though that's to be expected with such a weight. The only negative thing I could find is that I had to trim the plastic stoppers on the AA section (side nearest the clip) as they wouldn't sit flat at first but this was a 2 minute job with a small file.I had to take around 4mm off and I've included it in the picture.I paid around Β£4.50 and took about a 3 weeks to arrive, if I'd seen it before hand I'd have been happy enough to order 2 at the same time. When you see little 4 berth battery cases going for over a fiver, this item is a no brainer.Highly recommended

A great concept with an interesting layout.
I visited my dad and when I asked if he had any spare batteries he produced this battery container. I couldnβt believe that he was more organised in this area than me! I promptly ordered one for myself on the Sunday and it arrived the next day with Amazon Prime. It did take me a while to figure out which batteries fit best into which sections but I think I have got it working for me. I have the 9V (rectangle) batteries in the first channel, AA fit snugly in the second, the third holds AAA securely, Iβm not sure if the rear of this is for watch size batteries. Channel 4 is for LR 20 (large) batteries and I am a bit confused by the final section.I havenβt used the plastic inserts because I was not too sure how to use them.I love the concept of this box, no more hunting for the batteries lying about in different drawers but for me I would have preferred more sections just for AA and AAA which I use most of the time.

Gets the job done
This took a little while to arrive, which wasn't too bad but a little annoying, however for the price I can live with it.It is pretty good quality, the plastic feels fairly thick and sturdy, and the clip holds the lid don securely and does not accidentally open. The layout was a little confusing, I didn't really like the raised platform parts and removed these. There is plenty of spaces and different compartments, I think it could have been made better by labelling what batteries go where.I mainly have lots of AA and AAA batteries, and can fit a fair few in here. The AA batteries fit in very snug, however the AAA are a little loose, and they can sometimes scatter a little bit, but still stay int he same compartment.Overall I am happy, this was a cheap way to get all my batteries int he same place, no complaints here I would buy another one.

Sturdy and Practical - would recommend.
This is a practical box made of good quality plastic. Inside it has two inserts which can be used as they are if you have less batteries or taken out to make more space. Previous reviews I note list this as being a negative, however I think it's actually quite clever as it lifts the batteries higher if you only have a few. I have managed to get all of my batteries including watch cells into this case which makes it a really useful product. I have given this five stars due to the fact that it is made extremely well is practical and easy to use. It arrived quicker than stated and I feel that overall it is good value for money. For those that say it would be better if the battery stood on end I would suggest looking at the listing more carefully as it is made quite clear that they lay down inside this case.

but I find a lot of space is wasted for batteries that won't fit (I don't have 9V ...
Cheap and cheerful. Does what it's supposed to do, but I find a lot of space is wasted for batteries that won't fit (I don't have 9V batteries and would like to use that space for other batteries which are now bouncing around loose, like in my drawer before I bought this product); hence they could have added more AAA battery holders.

Bought this to replace the 16 or so battery holders ...
Bought this to replace the 16 or so battery holders I currently use. Not as flexible in layout as I'ld hoped for, as can be seen from the photograph each section is dedicated to one size of battery with little option for alternative sizes so you end up with a fair amount of empty space!

Decent sturdy battery storage
Stores batteries well, although getting all the 9V batteriesthat it says it can store into it is a bit odd as there seems less space for them than I thought. But it stores Ds Cs AAs and AAAs wonderfully, has a slot for our battery tester, and stores a couple 9 volts beside. no rocking no tipping, sturdy clips.

Nice idea, and keeps batteries separate
The internals are a bit fiddly for storing batteries, but good value and does keep them organised. Too big to take on holiday really. You'd be better off with smaller packs and a USB charger, or simply buy disposables out there if you need them.
