It's annoying when something doesn't do what you expected it to do, but it's even more annoying when this is because they are incorrectly advertised (even on the packaging). Let's be very clear, these have a thermal lining, but THEY ARE NOT BLACK OUT MATERIAL. They are basically dark curtains and that's it. They're terrific quality, look nice, and hang well, but if you need black out curtains, these aren't what you're looking for. These shouldn't be advertised as black-out because it's misleading and if the manufacturers genuinely believe that they are, they probably ought to take a look at black out curtains from one of the big home ware stores to see exactly what that means.

Slightly disappointed.I’ve read some other reviews and there seems to be differing opinions on the blackout element. Mine are definitely blackout.Finish is not very good quality and the gems on both curtains do not keep the same length/hem line.Thin fabric.That said, they go with my newly redecorated bedroom and I cannot find any others with a similar design. I love the design just wish they were of a better quality.Definitely over priced.

The material of this product is nice and I can even look past the sliver panel being uneven, however this product is riddled with black stains and rust marks!!! It's even more evident when hung up at the window. Zoom in to see more closely. I am super disappointed.

Please read the description before buying, ,you are only buying ONE yes ONE curtain,NOT a pair as stated on the actual packaging.I suspect one curtain & tie back is being removed from the original packet before selling onto to customers on Amazon.I purchased thinking I was buying a pair,like in the picture for my daughter as part of a birthday gift 😔 to our shock when there was only one curtain & tie back.I requested the other curtain from the seller, to no avail. Please read negative feedback first on here before buying!!

I gave these curtains 4 stars only because the colour didn’t match the picture, I ordered plum/ aubergine , I’d describe these curtains as a very light dusky heather, they are def not plum so if you want dark plum these are not for you, however they are nice curtains well packaged came pretty quick, would use seller again , many thanks.

What a joke these curtains are it states PAIR of curtains but only one arrives and when it arrives all the diamonds are falling off it isn’t even stitched properly £30 nearly for one curtain of this poor quality, this is false advertisement and nobody from VICTORY BEDDING will help they’ve got the cheek to say to return it in sellable condition yet there not even selling it in “ sellable” condition, and I have to pay from the delivery to return this item?? these people should not be selling from amazon I will be getting onto amazon today about these people absolute rip off!!! Also if I could give this place a 0 star I would!

I am generally really pleased with these curtains 90 x 72 the colour is more like a violet but reading other reviews expected that.They really look good up and make my dining room very cozy, the major thing that I was disappointed with it that the silvery band is not completely level all across the curtain, its not that bad that I would want to return them but you can notice it when pulled across, when they are gathered its not too bad.Not sure if its a blackout curtain but its thick enough to keep me a bit warmer.I would like to purchase more to match in my lounge at some point.

The curtains are beautiful and perfect colour but THEY ARE NOT BLACKOUT. They are lined but it's not black out lining. I'm so disappointed because they are beautiful and we'll made but simply do not do the job that s advertised. They came very quickly, even say BLACK OUT on the packaging but they let all the morning light in as per the picture. I will now need to spend more money on black out fabric to put on the back.
