This is a very good product if you suffer with night cramps as I do...I use it to soak my feet in and it does stop the very painful cramps that I suffer from due to arthritis in my feet.I put a good scoop in a plastic storage box and add warm to hot water until it covers my ankles and a good soak takes about 20 minutes or longer.So I usually read or do a crossword while waiting for the salts to do their bit of magic.I have also put it in a foot spa,but this doesn't seem to work so well for me anyway.

Saw a recommendation on Pinterest to try Epsom salts on ferns to encourage lush green foliage especially on indoor Boston ferns which can be tricky. So far the results have been good. I soak the pot in a larger vessel so the roots have a good drink of two tablespoons diluted to 2pints of water. Then put the drained water on the outdoor ferns. These salts are meant to be most beneficial for soaking in the bath. But I have sensitive skin and low blood pressure. So I'm weary. The ferns are happy though. :-)

It was the first time I had ordered Epsom Salts so did not know what to expect from them, I found them incredibly good, they worked fantastically well, I used them in a bath after running (I'm marathon training) & I found my muscles well recovered after using this product & they are beyond easy to use!!, I will definitely be using them again

Suffer with anxiety have felt awful since Christmas used this little beauty last night in a bath two mugs full and just water nothing else just soaked for 20 minutes felt rubbish when I got out but drunk two glasses of water and settled woke up this morning feeling wonderful iv felt ill for so long I don't care if this lasts for just this morning the let up is fantastic I can't wait for my next Epsom salt bath why I never knew about this before or why others who suffer don't know il never know lol very pleased as fast delivery il be stocking up on this !!!

Not sure if these did anything. Got them for eczema relief. Seems just as prevalent as before using this. Also, the grains were quite big and didn’t dissolve as well as other brands I’ve tried.

The salts dissolved quite quickly in hot water, I used three handfuls in the bath and felt definite benefits. My muscles weren't as sore or tight as they had been prior to the bath, my muscles felt relaxed and pleasantly tingly too. I slept a bit better that night also. It's a shame that the packet isn't resealable as it really needs to be put into an airtight container. I would recommend this for people with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and perhaps other conditions that cause muscle pain/tightness etc.

use this as a foot bath salt to help with my excema condition - keeps it at bay mostly. And by skin is the best way to absorb the extra magnesium we all so commonly are lacking in. Great in an olive oil facial scub too! Also as a soil additive to improve magnesium in fruits and veggies and plants! Also excellent as a snail / slug repellent in the garden!
