Jarrow Formulas B-Right - 100 Vcaps, 100 Capsules

I can feel my energy level improve within a few days of taking them. I've been diagnosed with chronic fatigue and also suffer from coeliac disease (not sure if the conditions are connected) and therefore have problems getting sufficient nutrients via my diet which is why I supplement with good quality vitamins and minerals and have tried many different brands, this B Complex is my go to, I haven't experienced obvious benefits from other brands as I do with these.Jarrow B Right have the most bio-available forms of the B complex vitamins and good dosage. They represent good value for money as you only need one-a-day. You may get the niacin flush with these pills if you take them on an empty stomach. Some people enjoy the flush, I don't so I always make sure to take them after breakfast.These capsules are quite large but go down fine with plenty of water. Great delivery time and customer service. Will be making a regular order as long as the price doesn't get silly as with a couple of sellers on this site.

Fours days in and I started to feel brighter and more engaged - I've had good quality B vitamins before and though they had helped I was surprised by the speed these made a difference - presumably the different formulation

I recommend this product I do think it's a bit pricey but it's a great product if you're looking for something like this that does what you need it to do I am still trying it out I have tried it in the past and it did wonders for me I'm waiting to see the results repeat themselves

It contains titanium dioxide which is toxic and cancerous in the long-term. This ingredient is "hidden" in the synthesis of the capsule itself. I tried to return it but the for the first time I meet a company that does not allow returns!A waste of money then!

Bought as supplement for my 2 cats because I want to be able to open the capsules and shake throughout a jar of dried food. The problem is that a lot is wasted, because the capsules seem to absorb water and some of the contents become mouldy clumps which I have to pick out and chuck.

As with all vitamins, it's difficult to accurately measure efficacy, but I have no complaints. I'm mainly taking this supplement for heart health.

Love these as part of my energy regime. TMG plus methyl folate and a woman's multivitamin have renewed my energy. At 53 and navigating thru menopause, my fatigue is gone and I wake up with energy!
