Not a good product if you are after beta glucan (BG) supplementation. Two pills (the recommended daily dose) will only give you 250 mg of BG. If you do your research and read the medical literature, for BG to be an effective aid in supporting your immune system you would need 500 mg per 50 lbs of body weight. So if you weigh 150 lbs you would need 1500 mg to see the effect of taking this supplement. Impressive packaging and great marketing from the company, but they clearly did not do their research.

seems to have done what it says boost immune system and keep colds and flu at bay essential source of Vit D3 but need to take it for longer time yet to prove to myself beyond any doubt.

Bio-Glucan has a good reputation for fending off viral infections, and it has done so in my case. People around me have caught dreadful colds, sore throats and chest infections, and so far I have been spared.

Unfortunately my wife was a little annoyed that I purchased these for her without asking her prior opinion. The pack was not finished so she did not commit to an opinion. Sorry.

After two months they seem to be doing everything they are supposed to. No sign of cold or flu symptoms and it's the best I've felt in years. My immune system would appear to be on full alert. However, I will reserve full judgement until I've seen out the winter. It is still only December.

My purchase of Pharma Nord's Bio-Glucan Plus has done wonders in boosting my immune system and also giving me the benefits of D3 and Selenium I would recommend it to everyone.

I love these immune building supplements. They do not feed Candida but having taken them for some time, I can safely say they do work.
