5 Star Noticeboard with Fixings and Aluminium Trim W900xH600mm Grey

Looks great, covers up some nasty marks made by blutack, so saved having to repaint!! Good size and does the job of a notice board. The only down side is the unpleasant odor which isn't going away. I noticed it while unpacking, but assumed it would wear of in time. Months later, the room still has the strange smell. I have sprayed it with deodorizers to no avail. No one else has mentioned this smell, it is a strong chemical smell. Maybe other people like it?

I have this up in my room and its a really good size. I did look at larger ones but I think this is more than big enough for personal use (possibly may want a larger one for a large office) The colour is great as I wasn't a fan of the bright blue ones I kept seeing online. The corner covers which hide where you've screwed it into the wall are a bit flimsy and come off quite easily but It wasn't that big of a deal for me, Especially with how cheap this was. I'd fully recommend it.

Great board all around, no noticeable smell but dreadful packaging. The board is by definition made of soft corklike material. Wrapping it in just a single thin sheet of cardboard before sending it for delivery makes it impossible for the product to arrive in anything close to a normal condition. Mine has four good sized dents in it. I won't be sending it back because I use these things a lot and cover them entirely with paper so I can't see the dents anyway. I thought it worth mentioning however. I thought it was a shame. The price is about right for the quality but if a buyer wants to use it as a formal display for anything he can forget about it. There is no way this can arrive unharmed.

I have just fitted 3 of these boards and found them to be absolutely fine. I was a little apprehensive about my purchase given some of the negative reviews but need not have been. Yes, they are light weight and may not be the first choice for heavy use in an office environment BUT for moderate use in a home office they are sturdy, they look good and are great value for money. I purchased the boards with a pack of 5 Star pins (great value too). The pins are about 10mm long which is marginally shorter than the board thickness. Note: the fixings for the board are in a small plastic bag tucked into a fold in the cardboard packaging.

I don't use this as a noticeboard so I can't comment on what it's like for its intended use.I use this as a board to assemble my 1000 piece jigsaws. It is excellent for this purpose.Well made and finished.

This is a real bargain for the money. It looks very classy and is everything one might want in a notice board. I didn't use the fixings it came with but bought large size Commando hooks to fix them with and this does the job really well. There are black plastic coverings in case you do want to use the fixings provided, and these finish off the look of the notice board. Really pleased I bought this item.

I bought this for doing 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles on for which it is perfect and even slides under our sofa when not in use . No idea how it stands up as a noticeboard though. Some people have commented about the smell, all I can say is that mine had no noticeable odour to it.

For the price this notice board was great value. It was only to be used at home to organise all the school notices and general family rubbish that you get as I was fed up with it stuck the fridge with magnets! Easy to fit and arrived undamaged and in good time. Good value for money and I would recommend.
