Waste of time do buy it unless you have a lot of hair I'm talking massive afro or whatever. I have a very big head ordered it for same day delivery when it came I tried and I was very disappointed....speaking from a chefs veiw it's a waste of time unless your head is the size of God zilla. The strap on it doesn't even do the thing at all

Ich habe langes Haar und trage Pferdeschwanz. Das ist prädestiniert für die sprichwörtlichen Haare in der Suppe, und in gewerblichen Küchen ist selbst für Stoppelfrisurträger eine Mütze Pflicht. Wie auch immer: Wenn ich für Gäste koche, dann sehen die mir dabei oft zu, und wir unterhalten uns. Da möchte ich schon so gekleidet sein, dass das den beruflichen Hygienestandards entspricht, ich glaube, das fördert auch den Appetit :-)Die "Chefkochpilze" finde ich für privat eher belustigend, und diese Kappe hat zwei sehr praxistaugliche Merkmale: Oben ist ein Netz - Belüftung, und die Hutgröße ist per Klettband auf die exakte Hutgröße einstellbar - kein Verrutschen, und sie sitzt wirklich gut, keine bloße Dekoration. Á propos Dekoration: Weiß ist nicht mehr Pflicht, schwarz und burgunderrot darf es auch sein. Die traditionelle Pepitahose ist ohnehin schwarz/weiß, und ich trage in meiner weißen Kochjacke schwarze Kugelknöpfe. Die schwarze Kappe passt perfekt dazu.
