Spouse Begs for More
My spouse swims every other day, AND he is always hungry. I tried these out for him and he is practically zealous about them! I have to hide them, I am not kidding... or he would talk himself into eating the entire box in a few very short days.Pros - plenty in the box to last awhile; not messy or sticky or crumbly; "tasty" according to my spouse; only four ingredients. I am a stickler for ingredients that make sense and that one does not require a biochemistry degree in order to understand.Cons - rather gnoshy (see the bit above about having to hide them from my spouse so that he would not quickly eat them up in a few days). Some might think the price a bit sticky, however, considering the high quality nourishment, these are good value for the money.I hope this review helps you decide... Just please not too many or they will run out of them! ;0))

A healthy nutty bar with a nice chocolate flavour
I really like these nutty bars as they have a nice flavour but are not overly sweet. I don't eat refined sugar and cannot eat raisins or currents as they cause me health issues so I am extremely limited when it comes to nutty bar options. These have all natural ingredients with dates offering the sweetness and a chocolate flavour due to the cocoa so make a great healthier snack.

Expensive fruit bar - mistook for protein bars.
Bought these thinking they were the protein bars.... and they aren’t. So it turns out I’ve paid £21 for some fruit bars. Annoyed and can’t return. Only myself to blame I guess but the flavour isn’t great and they are hellishly expensive for a fruit bar!!

Delicious but…
… a little expensive compared to other similar bars. Can’t fault the flavour or Ingredients though, have tried the hazelnut & cocoa, poppy seed & lemon and coconut ones so far and all are great for snacks.

Great flavour, easy to carry
Tastes great, can tell it's all natural ingredients from the flavours. The bars are a good size for fitting in pockets when out cycling or in underseat bags. I am keen to try all the flavours. Big variety in pricing between flavours on amazon though.

Fabulous
Great tasting and giving a satisfying long lasting full feeling stopping further snacking between meals. Each bite is packed full of flavour until the very last chew. Highly recommend for anyone following a low carb diet
