I haven't used these items yet, but they do seem rather hard, and not easily malleable even after softening in hot water... I was looking for the soft gel ones... But you can't tell by the picture which type you are gonna receive. Arrived timeously though !

My girlfriend and I found them to be perfect.
Works perfectly, keeps gel in place and no leakage. I've had professional trays made in the past, I found these to be just as good if not better.
