Excellent shower - looks very elegant
I replaced an existing Mira that was beyond repair (it never broke case cracked over time). The new shower fitted the existing water and power feed (Mira is very good on this) had to drill three new holes but covered by shower. The new shower is very elegant and works extremely well, bought the 10.8 KW model and the water output is much better than the previous 9 KW Sport. The air pump really helps with rinsing long hair as my wife & daughter will testify. A word of warning to make it work properly it must have the air pipe alignment part fitted on the shower end. When I installed I could not find it but as a checked the box the next day to register and save the instructions I found the part. I simple unscrewed the hose pushed the inner air line down and pushed the airline into the alignment part and screwed back in carefully to ensure a good seal and it worked brilliantly. My daughter has it on all the time as it increasing the flow and makes it a big hotter and the agitation works really well to rinse the shampoo and soap over much quicker. The shower head supplied is miles better than previous versions. Highly recommend this shower.

Great product and great price
I bought this product to replace its predecessor which had failed after over 10 years usage. The fitting, in my case, was trivial. The electric and pipe fittings were identical, so no plumbing work was required. Just one of the securing screws was in a slightly different position and that involved drilling one hole and inserting one of the supplied rawlplugs. This product has obviously been developed over the past 10 years or so because it is MUCH improved. The temperature stability and water flow is much better and more predictable. The air boost is fantastic and really makes the shower feel much more powerful, without actually increasing the water flow.I use this shower every day and I am really happy with the price and performance of this product.

Great shower
I bought this secondhand, but unused and in the box, so I certainly cant argue with the price I paid. Was very easy to install and fit. All the functions work as stipulated in the manual, and although not the most powerful of showers, it certainly gives a nice shower and does it's job. It also looks very nice once fitted, looking expensive. Once you have set your temperature, it keeps at that said setting, so not had any shocks with the odd annoying hot or cold spurts during my shower like my past showers have given us. Would certainly recommend this product.

Great Value / Aesthetically Pleasing Shower
The shower we had was awful; so bad, we thought we had a problem with our water pressure. So, in comparison, this shower is the best electric shower you can get without investing in a power shower.Good, strong flow. Plus, if you want to (I don't feel it is necessary, but my boys swear by it) you have the added air boost - this seems to work best on the traditional shower head setting as opposed to the other choices.Simple to operate.Would highly recommend.

Excellent product and excellent buyer/seller transaction.
Excellent product. Have used Mira showers for decades. This recent but was too replace a previous Mira shower which wad fitted in 2000 ... so the last one lasted 19 years!!!Easy format to use.Pull cord switch to turn on electric.Check heat dial is where you still want it.Then just press the chosen flow button.I really like the simple heat dial which is so easy to use. What I also really like is that I don't need my glasses to see how to operate it!!! There is just a sizeable on flow button, a heat dial and finally an off flow button. Easy peasy. My husband was able to fit it in under half an hour, which included taking the old one out, if you use a reputable electrician it shouldn't really take them any longer!!! 😉 ... unless of course, there is new pipework or electrics to adjust or install, but even then it's all standard stuff, so an hour max, I would say.Our order came promptly as promised. Excellent buyer/seller transaction.

Good price and quality
Performed well, the air boost is a bit noisy but provides a great shower. This can be turned off if too noisy. Easy for a layman to fit if replacing an existing electric shower. Great product.

Not good
Bought one and after only 14 months keep getting problems (now about 18 months old).Firstly the air boost works using a hose within the ‘shower hose’ set up, issue is the inner hose is just a push fit to the connector art the shower unit end. Several times this has popped off whilst the shower was on, this results in the boost not working properly and water pouring out of the bottom of the shower unit where the hose connects to the shower. I have checked the tightness of the outer hose and twice put brand new washers in but the leak problem returns.Second issue I’ve had is water on the inside of the unit and it turning itself on! Clearly highly dangerous and surprised as I’d imagine this should comply with something like an IP66 rating. It’s not overly clear if it is caused by the inner hose leak as mentioned above or, that there is a unit next to the tank which is held in place by a clamp bracket with what looks like a sponge gasket. Problem is there is 1 to 2 mm of play between it and the tank, so it may be, under pressure, this connection is forced open and spraying water onto the internal electrics. I’m no product designer but I’d say both problems were down up to poor design. Would therefore not recommend this product. Now trying to find the paperwork to see if it’s still in warranty.
