Nice sauce for quick preparation of stir fry dishes

Always super fast delivery. In fact this time it arrived 2 days earlier than expected...cant fault product or service..

I use it to make ho-fun (wide rice noodles) with fried beef, green pepper and black bean sauce. It reminds me of eating in London Soho's Chinese cafes many years ago, and this was my favourite.

Delicious and very easy to use in a stir fry

So sorry to say I didn't like it very much. As soon as I opened it, a strong smell of vinegar came out. I thought maybe it would go away after stir frying the sauce but it didn't. Two days later I thought I'd give it another try. I used another packet of sauce with vegetables and beef but a similar thing happened. I have used 3 already (I got a box of 12) and it is not as nice as I thought it would be. Not at all. A bit disappointing because I love black bean sauce. I guess I'll have to use it or throw it away. I might try again but I won't buy it again. No way. My advise is: don't buy it unless you absolutely love vinegar. It's a pity really. I will have to try another brand. :(

No real taste, as another reviewer mentioned very strong taste and smell vinegar and that's about it. Not even close black bean sauce you get from the Chinese.
