Sun Warrior is a reputable brand and this ashwagandha seems to be good quality. It is usda organic which is essential in my choosing and comes in a dark brown glass bottle (also essential). I have been taking one capsule a day in the evening per recommendation and feel like it calms my mind allowing me to fall asleep sooner. The quality of my sleep also feels like it has improved.

I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now. I love natural products instead of getting a prescription from a doctor for something chemical. I noticed after taking them I am getting a more restful sleep and not waking all night. I am more alert during the day now and able to get things done so I would say it is a good choice.

We got these because we were reading that they were good for your health. It's hard to say if it's had an impact on that after a few days, but I can say that these don't have any weird smells or taste like some other supplements and they seem like high quality capsules. Hopefully they have the health benefit they're supposed to!

I've been taking these for the last couple of nights, and to be honest I'm not even sure what they're supposed to do. Reading other reviews on this type of supplement, I guess clarity, sleep, sense of well-being, are just a few of the results one is supposed to get from taking their supplement. Maybe I just haven't taken them long enough. I truly don't know. However, I will continue to take them for at least another week or two and see if there are any changes within me. If there are, I will come back and update. If there aren't, I'll stop taking them and this review will stay the same. Value for the price is about normal and the good thing is you don't have to take but one. As with most supplements, the label advises one twice a day, another one take three, and my favorite, take two twice a day with or without food. With all the differences on what these supplements actually require of you to take, just shows me that's manufacturer is making a killing by having you take more than one. As we all know with any kind of vitamin supplements, they can make it where you can only have take one instead of two or three. I already take several different supplements in the morning and before bed so adding one more wasn't a big deal. Time will tell.

I have recently come to know about ashwagandha and the calming benefits that it has. I am not a fan of prescription medication for most things, so although I am aware of how I experience anxiety, I dealt with it in my own ways. Ashwagandha is not a fix to everything, but I have found it to be a nice, calming effect for me. I appreciate that this is an organic, non-GMO supplement. There are 30 capsules per bottle which were easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach. I found this to be as effective for me as other supplements that I took that had a higher amount of the herb.

These gave me some bizarre dreams. All of a sudden this stay at home mamma was a sniper (with exceptional skills) hired to take out some high profile bad people. I was able to fall back asleep pretty quickly after my husband woke me up with his loudness and then I dreamt about a random work friend from 15 years ago whom I haven't thought about in years (what a fun reunion it was- he was doing well and had a great beard). Besides really wondering what happened to Paul and how his life has been after waking up, I really felt pretty good and well rested.My only issue is that the pills seemed loose? Like, super easy to take apart that I think it almost fell apart in my hand. I'm worried that some of the pills might fall apart if the bottle gets shaken up any. So I'll just have to be extra careful with them because I really have fun with these dreams.Paul- if you're reading this, let me know how life is!

I like that it is just one pill & the ingredients are very simple and straight-forward with no fillers or junk. I personally love Ashwagandha and when you get premium ingredients you get the best effects of this adaptogen. There is no known recommended dose at this time so I have been taking the dose recommended by the manufacturer, one capsule daily in the evening to help with sleep. I have noticed a feeling of calm after taking it and have slept well each night the last four nights that I have taken it. Overall this company which produces this product appears to be reputable and the product has worked for me.
