I have never writed a review, i have no idea how to do it :) This is really amazing product. For many years i had brain fog related problems. I can't tell how many doctors i saw and what kind of crappy medicine i was prescribed. My interest in choline products is quite new. It took me a little more than 3 weeks of continous use (3 caps a day) to feel the difference. Before that, no effect at all ! But after 3 unceased weeks, my physical energy in whole really felt great.... And I'm talking about a VERY noticeable difference. Since then, I haven't stopped it, not even for one day, and I honestly do not intend to. For me, this delay proves & verifies the good natural origin of the ingredients, and the absence of caffeine in any form. Otherwise the effect would be immediate and too strong...
