Better than expensive brands
I've tried a number of expensive brands including Mag07. This product works just as well, in fact I would say it's actually more gentle on the stomach while being just as effective.My first order was from a dodgy batch, the smell of sulpher was vile. I contacted the seller and they immediately resolved the issue. Great customer service!

Good for your gut and your sleep
This product was recommended to me by a holistic health practitioner who I’ve been seeing for my gut health.Ahead of doing a colonic, she said I should take a few of these to help get things flowing sooner during my appointment. She also recommended using them daily to help with gut motility, ensuring I had daily bowel movements.These pills are quite large, so it’s good to take them with plenty of water. But no larger than most health supplements I’ve tried. They are gentle on my stomach but it’s good to do a test run in a day that you’re not busy/out and about, so you can see how it works for you.I think it also improved my sleep, as I noticed my readings on my Apple watch improved (deep sleep went from 45 mins/night to up to 2 hours of deep sleep/ night!) after taking these. So I think all round the ingredients are well-being enhancing and a good option if you are struggling with sleep, too!I think any changes I’ve noticed in my energy levels are to do with sleeping better, but maybe over time I’ll be able to see what difference it makes to my energy level longer term.They arrived quickly. Works well
Onto my 3rd subscription for this and it works very well. No cramps and no rush to find a toilet! Just helps you go every day! My 3rd batch of this stuff now has a strong odour though, has any of the ingredients changed or has anyone else noticed this? Can also taste it afterwards (if that makes sense) 🤣 - which isn’t an issue but I never had this with my first 2 lots?
