I bought these for my husband because he snores. Loudly! Unfortunately he wasn't keen on the design, only tried them once and they didn't help on that occasion. Perhaps if he'd been keener and tried them out for a number of nights they may have helped more but I fear they will linger in his bedside draw and I will keep using the ear plugs.

My girlfriend snores like a drunk granddad and sadly these didn't help, they really do open up the airways as i put some in to do it with her but she still manage to snore whilst it was in and they fell out half way through the night. Tried all the sizes but still didn't work. I now listen to white noise on youtube through my phones earphones instead, works a treat.

only used it twice so far....first time didn't work...and last night i lost it in the bed...dont know , it may be my nose but, it feels a bit uncomfortable to wear, i expected to be smoother...not sure how deep in my nostrils i have to push it...i dont really like how it feels but i will still give it a go for a couple of days more

Not bad , does help apparently (I don't know as I'm asleep!) . However , can fall out in the night .

Contents of box inconsistent with the description given on the box label.Although they did work to the extent that I found it easier to breathe, they caused too much pain to keep in for the duration of the night. (I tried all the devices provided separately).Waste of money.

They do work but mine kept falling out.

I'm told this device has reduced my very loud snoring, which was keeping my partner awake at nights, to a gentle, quiet sound. Since it was probably also impairing the quality of my own sleep, I'm grateful to have found something that works so well. It took a while to get used to wearing these funny tubes up my nose at night, but I'm getting there now, and I do feel I'm more awake during the day, generally, which is probably because I'm sleeping better. Definitely recommended!
