I was able to make a banana cream cheese frosting, with this product.Used half of this 4oz pack and added it to my frosting recipe andit turned out fantastic !

Do not buy
This powder has no flavor at all. I was trying to make banana cream cheese frosting and I kept having to add more trying to get it to taste like banana. I ended up putting the whole 4 oz in and still no banana flavor. All it did was mess up the consistency of the frosting. Would never recommend.
