I bought this headset privately to use at work having read plenty of reviews to overcome working in a noisy environment that constantly overwhelmed my telephone calls.It arrived 1-wk ago and it's been in constant use every day sometimes up to 1-2 hrs at a time.I have been thoroughly delighted with the performance, comfort and Sound quality even in a noisy environment. The transfer from telephone call to conversation with Colleagues without removing the headset is not really noticeable except for the expression on colleagues faces when you do!The headset is extremely comfortable (for me anyway) and I tend not to notice I still have them on after my calls have ended. I would not hesitate to recommend this headset and I am so pleased with it that I am contemplating buying a 2nd with the 2.5mm jack for the cordless house phone.NB; the phone does not come with any link cable and therefore, you will have to choose one for the phone system that you intend to use it with!The care point here would be to double check that you have ordered the correct link cable with the headset.Hope this helps,Kind Regards.

Plugged into work phone, it makes typing and talking a cinch. Everyone reports superb audio quality and I now feel like a telesales person. I could be an extra in The Office now...

Great sound quality but comfort isn't as good as some of the more expensive headsets.

Great. Just plug in and use. Not heavy on the head and its gentle on the ears. Good clear sound.
