Tassimo Chai Latte 8 T-Discs, 8 Servings

It was too watered down and tastes like cinnamon. I’m not a fan.

This is my son's favourite thing to drink. He's 17, and he loves the flavour of this, and how creamy and spicy it is. We've tried a bunch of different varieties of chai, and this is his favourite

I bought the Tassimo Joy (T45) not for the intended use of coffee but to use the tea and chocolate pods instead so I can say I've never before bought or tasted a Chai Latte but I was curious as to its taste I'm quite fussy when it comes too tea and was concerned that tea and the described spices in this drink might not go together and at the cost for just 8 pods that would be a big waste of money but I like to believe that you should try some thing at least once before you decide no.So my thoughts after the drink was produced the smell is the first thing to hit it's very warming a subtle yet distinct smell of cinnamon that reminds me of times past the glow of a warm log fire flashes through my memory.Next was the look a smooth pale brown colour with a cm of frothy milk on top.The taste is next sipping through the warm foamy milk and into the Tea a burst of that Cinnamon hits the taste buds and now it's a much warmer feeling a thought of the Christmas period smacks me in the face and wraps me in a cosy duvet and I want more.This taste and the feeling lasts all the way to the last drop leaving me refreshed warm but dissatisfied I want more the drink provided is roughly 265ml but I now feel greedy and want more.I need too state that at no point did I get a chemical taste there was no after taste of any kind be aware that this single pod does contain powdered milk and sweetener (though for myself the sweetener was the right amount).Final thoughts a really fantastic drink though very much on the expensive side when you compare it to the other flavours offered through Tassimo for myself this is a drink that I will keep and use as a special treat for those times when I want too be wrapped up in a warm fluffy duvet.Please excuse the lack of punctuation grammar or spelling mistakes I'm very dyslexic.

I ordered one of each version of the Tassimo chai Latte pods, the version pictured and the coffee shop version. The 2 packets that were sent were both the coffee shop version. The reason I ordered one of each was due to reviews saying they tasted different. I was a little miffed because it works out more expensive to buy one pack at a time. That said I thought they tasted great (many reviews said the newer ones were not so good) Not quite Costa standard but better than the dolce gusto version (more calories too but worth it)

Nice taste but not had enough to fairly judge

Bough these for my partner who love chai lattes (personally don’t like them myself).He likes them, says they taste like he’d expect and happy he doesn’t need to add any sugar to make it take good.As someone who doesn’t like them, I’m happy that they don’t leave a taste in the machine (although they do smell very strong of cinnamon when they’re made). They’re all one pod, no need for two, which makes them a bit chunky to fit in a holder but they do fit.Will most likely buy again when he finishes them.

I have previously had a different coffee machine and their chai tea latte was lovely and creamy and full of flavour so was disappointed with Tassimo's version bit watery not creamy and pretty tasteless

I was dubious due to reviews so only bought one box. It smelt nice, tasted good and warmed me up a treat. I've only recently found the delights of Chai Latte and I'm really pleased I can now make it at home easily. Arrived when it said it would but may look at the better value of buying multiple boxes now I know I like it.
