Once Upon a Time at the End of the World Vol. 1

A personal story unveils the world
I really enjoyed this look at the post-apocalypse that pits an introverted inventor against an extroverted survivor. It takes a little bit to get going but once it does it's great. It's really a person reflection on survivorship, meeting your soulmate, religion and more. It fits right into Jason Aaron's body of work and has a good style. The art is great and there are some neat design choices. Excited to read more.

Historia excelente, mas …. Produto usado e danificado

Loved it!
This is some excellent writing. I'm not usually one for romance stories, but this isn't your average romance story. I am a big sucker for a good saga that spans decades, and this is one of those! For one, the "How They Got Together" part is only the beginning - as it should be, but generally isn't in this genre.Secondly, the future time jumps are so far removed from the present story unfolding, you find yourself absolutely needing to know how we get from this to... whatever that is.Finally, in terms of archetypes - it's just cute, but not in a sickening way. Survivor meets Dreamer, and they give each other what the other is lacking, but as it often is with opposites - you have to wonder, how long can it last? Usually with a backdrop of apocalypse, we see only "sticking together no matter what", but this is the only life Mezzy and Maceo have ever known, so I'm really looking forward to watching it unfold.I don't want to give anything else away, because the story gives the reader details as they are needed, and to give you anything else upfront would be unfair to you. Enjoy!
