Face Oil for Mature Skin Bulgarian Rose Absolute

Beautiful oil, nice texture, glides on skin , absorbs well, although watch your hairline as can seep into hair. Lovely smell too.My skin feels nice and hydrated and soft.Quite small bottle but wil do for now. Great price considering other brands which are very expensive. Contains great oils so I'm sure it's beneficial in so many ways to skin. Overall very happy

I order this on repeat. Am over 40 now and been using it for a few years. Doesn't make me break out, smells like a spa and great for pulling and smoothing skin

This small bottle is great value. I am a qualified Aromatherapist, and the blend of oils in this oil, are top quality, it smells divine. And my dry skin soaks it up, without leaving me greasy. I use it at night time, under my moisturiser. And in the morning my wrinkles look better. At 45 this is great.

Lovely oil, it absorbs quickly into skin, smells wonderful, my night time facial is starting earlier and earlier in the evening simply because I can't wait to have that heavenly smell under my nose. This is the only facial oil I have used that actually does anything, fine lines are disappearing are the huge deep ones are becoming less and my skin has become so soft. Magic in a bottle in fact.

My girlfriend says about this that: As a base oil, it is OK, BUT..... it hardly smells of Rose, if you really try you can get a hint of rose a whisper as they say. But there's a lot of other ingredients in it all in Latin so here's the English:Wheatgerm oil, Apricot kernel oil, olive oil, coconut oil, ROSA DAMASCENA!!!!! (hint of a whiff),,,,,,,, plus all these other things ( essential oils ) like: Indian sandalwood, bitter orange, frankincense, Bamboo (??) And finally Rosemary.I don't get on with wheatgerm , Rosemary or Frankincense, it hardly smells and what it does smell of is a bit stale. Shame really.BUT as a face oil the base is actually very good if you are not allergic to any of the other ingredients. I should have checked, but I assume these days that people will mention things like wheat and other oils especially if it's sold as Rose scented. Peculiar that 'thugs' like frankincense and rosemary (even sandalwood) would be added to rose.So I added some rose fragrance oil and a couple of drops of clary sage, and that made it smell like dry cleaning fluid, but on adding quite a bit of orange blossom fragrance oil .... it smelt like rose!!!!! I can now give it to someone else.Update: the nice smell didn't hold so my friend threw it away. So I made my own with fake rose oil scent and 4 non-allergic carrier oils, got 5x as much for just over twice the price, and, it smells good too.

I purchased this product on the basis of customer reviews.I was a little apprehensive when my product arrived displaying Chinese writing all over the box.I do not speak Chinese.However, I moved on from this and opened the product.No instruction leaflet was enclosed but I decided that I could probably guess what to do with it!The bottle, in my opinion, is like the kind of bottle you find in a home hair dye kit, quite clinical looking.It was easy to tip up and squeeze though, giving a small amount of oil with each squeeze.This was when I encountered my biggest disappointment - the smell!I appreciate that scents are a personal thing, but I actually gagged at this one.It smelt old and musty with undertones of well... OK, think of old ladies handbags!Undertones of Roses, faint vanilla, something musky (stale second hand cigarette smoke, everyone smelt of it in the 1960s /1970s 🤮) with a hint of old compact face powder.The smell was awful.I struggled to use the product on my face for fear of smelling it not only on my hands but all over my face too.It's got very good reviews.No mention of the scent.Maybe it's just ME.But you have been warned😉I had to tip it away and recycle the bottle.Waste of money.

Love this oil its fantastic for dry skin, I have suffered from dry skin on my face for years. Was on Bulgaria on holiday this year and had a facial using rose oil skin felt better after first application. Coming home I googled rose oil and found this on Amazon. It smells gorgeous and soaks right into your skin leaving no greasy residue. Skin looks brighter and feels smoother friends have been asking me if I have upped my water intake. Hooked on this product and at under £7 a steal, will not be wasting money on more expensive products any more.

I’ve bought this item about 8 times times. Won’t be without it. Have to buy it 2 at a time these days as my 41 year old daughter now uses it and loves it and as it’s inexpensive I don’t mind buying hers too. Good product, good value for money. Can apply with cream or alone good under makeup but let it soak in a bit first. Five stars
