I think it helps!
If you can get it out of the container, that's a struggle, but I seem to notice some minor improvements.Everyone is different, but if one is lacking trace minerals in one's diet (most likely everyone is) it could be a big part of what may be missing in one's nutritional needs.

ENERGIZING
I have been recliner bound for years. Trying to recover & this helped both physically & mentally. I definitely notice when I do not drink it. Taste is kinda yucky but washes away fast with water.

Energy booster but the cap needs to be improved
This product really boosts my energy level. Unfortunately, it’s hard to take it with you when you have broken the seal because the cap doesn’t impeach the product to leak . It needs to be kept straight up. I closed it tightly, and put it in my bag to enjoy it during my trip. You can see the result on the picture.The cap really needs to be improved!!!!

Good energy throughout the day
I ordered this Shilajit after researching some benefits of this product. I’ve only been taking it for three days and I’ve noticed some huge changes in my sleep patterns. I’m not sensitive to new products so it usually takes me 1-2 weeks to notice any effects. This product is an adaptogen so Whatever the body needs most is what the Shilajit will be used for. So for me I guess I have some healing needed through deep sleep because when my head hits the pillow now I’m out until my alarm goes off. I usually toss and turn all night. My dark circles under my eyes have lightened up and I have great energy through the day. I am very impressed with this product and will be ordering more They have a high quality energy about the company and I like that.
