Battery not good

My husband really liked the phone, key numbers and screen were a good size, ring tone volume was excellent, we set it at the lowest setting and it was loud! If we could have got the earpiece volume to turn up we would have kept it. Lovely phone, may have been a broken one and we just happened to get it. That was the only thing wrong with it.

Beware - this is junk. Bought as a Christmas present, but when opened one of the buttons (the number 7) didn’t work, input settings could not be saved so it reverted to predictive text each time you messaged, and within 2 days it had malfunctioned completely and kept asking for the sim to be inserted when it was already in. Buy a decent brand - you’ll save in the long run. Needless to say it could not be returned due to an extremely short returns window, which I suspect violates UK law since it is not of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose for which it was sold

Nice little phone. Perfect for my elderly parents.

Justine bought the phone for me for Christmas, her Mother, I have not really started using it yet as I am a senior and find new technology difficult. It would have helped greatly if instructions were in English instead of the four other languages they were in. If I had know this I would not have let her choose that phone for me.
