If you can like a disposable leak proof panty then I really like these. Fit n protection better than all the name brands I’ve tried. Especially like the odor guard

These are definitely better than anything you can buy in your local store. I love that they have tall leak guards, which are a must in any pull on incontinence product. While these are not meant for overnight wear, for many these will work great during the day. The sizing did seem to be accurate, and I didn’t have any issues with the way that these fit. I would definitely recommend these to friends or family, depending on your level of incontinence they just might work for you.

Item runs small and are uncomfortable.

I got this for my mom who liked it a lot. It is very comfortable and does what it is designed to do extremely well. She has used other products before that we’re not as comfortable or as absorbent. I reviewed the sizing before ordering and ordered according to the waist size and the fit is great. Don’t order according what you regularly wear, each brand has different sizing.Great quality and highly recommended.

The underwear fit very loose around the leg openings and leaked through the front of the brief at the mesh part near waist.

I got these for my younger brother as he needs them after a surgery. They are very comfortable, soft and fit him nicely. They don’t ride up or fall off. These do a great job of absorbing! We got size Large, and there are 20 in the package. The diapers are very durable and sturdy, the overall quality is very nice. Overall they do exactly what they are made to do and we are very pleased that they work well.

This bladder leak protection underwear work fine, but personally I would recommend for night time use versus daytime use when you may go out in public. It is absorbent and relatively comfortable, however the leg areas are a bit scratch and a little uncomfortable. These are a little bulky compared to thinner (depend type) underpants and they do show through clothing. However if your leak problem is only during the night when you are sleeping, then they will be fine. This company does make an "ultimate" that is a thinner version. However these have worked fine for my elderly Mom at night and that's just what she needed.
