Aquarium 3w Internal Filter Pump with Spray Bar 200 LPH Filtration - AP300L

Bought this filter ages ago and it still works pretty easy to use and quite reliableOverall it works really well

I bought this product in mid-May 2019, so over a year ago now and it's been in continuous use since arrival.For the first year or so I was using it less for filtration (although having extra media in the tank certainly wouldn't hurt) but mainly (with the venturi attachments) to add flow at one end of my Danio kerri tank.A couple of months ago, my Danios moved on to a bigger tank and the original has been re-purposed to house an exploding cherry shrimp population. At the same time, I switched over from the venturi attachments to the spraybar.Given the low bioload involved, the mature media in this little filter, is proving more than adequate to run the new set up all by itself and the spraybar adds surface agitation to aid gas exchange during this warmer weather.* Why 4.5 stars?For where I'm using the item, the cable is slightly too short (at 1metre) and I'm having to use an extension cable to reach the power source.I wouldn't even have mentioned this, but for the fact that nowhere (that I've seen) in the product description is the cable length information given.

A bit flimsy but does the job on a small tank 28l

This filter is quiet, it has a slider to adjust the flow from minimum to maximum and what I really like is that it as a built in attachment which allows air to be sucked in and blown out into the water meaning that a separate air pump is not needed. Really good value for money and a good bit of kit :-)

Ideal size for a small fish tank, but quite loud.

Stopped working properly after a month! Starts making a very loud sound and stops working, tried turning it off for abit, cleaning it, position it differently and nothing works.

Great value, very quiet, easy to install, works well. No set up instructions, just diagram on box.

Product good for the job.
