Not sure about this specific one, but yes, these single blade razors are easy to use on legs, armpits, etc... but you may get a few more 'nicks' until you get used to them and hairs may grow back a tiny bit quicker but ingrowing hairs are a thing of the past.

Q: how to dispose of used blades

There are lots of suggestions if you look on YouTube. A money box, a medical sharps container, a razor disposal box sold by Amazon. Fill your chosen container then put in metal recycling (in which case a metal disposal container makes a lot of sense 😉)

Q: How often do you need to change the razor blade?

Depends what you are shaving in terms of surface area. If it’s just face. Or armpits it will last a long time. If you are also doing legs or other larger areas it will be less. You can feel when it’s not sharp enough. The shave isn’t as close and it feels rougher against the skin. You should never keep a blade more than about a month. For bacteria and skin health reasons. But generally 5-7 full shaves would be about the amount for one blade. Remember you have two sides. So may be that you can mark the side you use first and then spin it. If you have thick or course hair it will be blunt quicker.
