SumaOrganic Bulgar Wheat 3 kg

Best bulgar wheat I have tried (and I've tried a fair few). Perfect size and the wheat has a very nice nutty flavour which has a good bite to it. Easily cooks to perfection in 20 minutes when left in a plastic tub with it's lid on covered in boiling water (so yummy if you mix a knorr chicken stock cube into the water first). If you're in a hurry, pop in the microwave for 5-10 minutes. A healthy, filling and delicious product which is equally nice hot or cold.

All six of us now love this stuff. I cook it in my rice cooker, generally in some chicken or vegetable stock with vegetables stirred through. Yummy!So much cheaper to buy in bulk like this and with six of us, we do go through a fair bit - although a little of this product really does go a long way!

It's really nice, I have made veg and non veg meals out of this and I feel really satisfied after that it has filled me up. I recommend. you cook this just like you would cook couscous.

I found that, although this product is good, whereas I normally just soak Bulgar Wheat, I needed to boil this.
