This product did not work.
I put this product in the washer as instructed. It did eliminate odors, but did not remove dirt or grime from my clothes. I tested this by removing a wash cloth that had just been washed with the “bio “ ball that still had makeup on it. I RE washed the same wash cloth using detergent and the makeup came out. Disappointed in this product. It acts more as an agitator in the wash than a cleaning product.
