Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relieving Orthotic Insoles- XS4

I love these insoles! I had plantar fasciitis for about a year. I teach group fitness classes and the pain was horrible...I had to take time off sometimes. I found these about 8 months into my problem and my feet were pain free after about 4 months! At the time I also bought Vionic slippers and flip flops, I was so desperate to get rid of the pain. I also massaged my feet every morning and night with a foot roller, but I know the insoles made a huge difference. It's been at least a year and a half that my feet have been pain free. When I got new pair of Asics Nimbus a couple months ago I didn't put in the Vionic insoles...big mistake, my feet went numb 10 minutes into teaching class. So I ordered a new pair of Vionic Athletic insoles and noticed the difference immediately. I can't do without these now!

LOVE, LOVE these! I have had planters fasciitis for over 7 months. I own the Vionic tennis shoes for work, but wanted to wear my other shoes. These inserts ROCK! You definitely have to build up to wearing them all day. Try 2-3 hours on day one and keep adding hours each day. If you don't build up to wearing them, you will likely hate them. They slowly realign your gait. I'm on my feet ALL DAY and my foot pain is GONE! Ditch the Dr. Schols and other Walmart orthotics!

Love these. They have made a world of difference and I can swap them out easily to all my shoes.
