Buy them because they will only, with other supplements, improve your overall health. If your body is in healthy condition and you eat healthy and exercise, you will lose weight. I hate to see someone purchase a supplement because they think it will melt the pounds off and then they are disappointed and say something like "Don't waste your money. dont bother as with anything its a waste of money. cut calories and take a walk daily. Trust me I threw this out and took my own advice and am much better off now then at the end of the month taking these suppliments. Dont let your desperation win out.
