Good stuff and much cheaper than the little sachets. Done lumps but easily broken down.

IT DOES DISSOLVE ONLY IN HOT WATER AND THEREFORE USELESS FOR DAILY MORNING NASAL CLEANING UNLESS YOU WAIT FOR IT COOLING DOWN.

Great product happy with it

A very poor dissolving salt that leaves trace elements in your sinus. I bought this because it said it's fine and for nasal flush. Even with warm water this salt does not readily dissolve leaving salt particles in the water. I have done a couple of flushes and on blowing my nose after have seen pink particles of salt that have been left in the sinus. I had to flush again with plain water. Leaving salt in the sinus is not good as it dries out the cavity. I can't recommend this product for sinus washes.I persevered with this product hoping things would get better, actually things got worse. I have the devil of all sinus infections, green stuff leaking from my nose and what I could smell was horrendous. The doc suggested a good flush so I bought a 500ml bottle and this salt. The salt residue was only part of the problem; when I flushed the nasal cavity it was beginning to sting. Yes it began to burn my sinus and my eyes would go red. In the end I had to buy a different brand of salt which was white. The difference was remarkable, no residue and no burning. The new tub of salt even provided a scoop with two dosage sizes, Hypertonic (which I use) and Isotonic which is a smaller dose. I had my sinus infection for a year and nothing the doc prescribed would work. A new treatment and this new salt wash saw the infection disappear in less than a week. Those of you that have a sinus infection that is on the smelly side will understand the relief of finally getting rid of that awful smell. People who don’t have a sinus infection don’t understand just how annoying it is having this truly putrid smell travel with you everywhere you go. I would definitely say stay away from this salt if you suffer from an infection.

that's because it's not full of anti-caking chemicals. Personally i have had no problems with the lumps and would much rather have a natural product that's as free from as many additives as possible. Once i'd broken up all the larger lumps, i just put everything into a sealed plastic box (which keeps out any damp), and i found there was no issue with it re-caking.When i come to use it, I find a little warm water at the bottom of your nosebuddy starts the dissolving process after which it's a doddle to crush any residual lumps with the measuring spoon. Top it up with your water, let it sit for 5 mins, swirl the water with your measuring spoon one last time to mix up the solution and you're good to go.Five stars for me.

I found this product brilliant and very good value for money. It was sent promptly - a couple of days before I expected. It is very fine with no lumps at all, I was very impressed.
