Outstanding Delay Pedal
Quite simply this is one of the most outstanding delay pedals I have ever used. Infinite options and some of the best delay sounds you can hope to get outside of strymon for this price point. This is the flashback 2 model which includes the new Tc MASH technology which is a feature where depending how much pressure you place on the foot controller it'll change delay parameters such as a 'hold' function as an example. It's got so many great delay sounds including the 2290 which is a personal favourite as well as the crystal and modulation delays. To top it off it has a built in looper! As well as 3 slots for 3 separate tone prints, which is a feature wheelreby artists have collaborated with TC to design a 'signature' delay sound. All of those can be accessed by the TC app on your phone and you can 'beam' them onto the pedal via Bluetooth which is an amazing feature! It's built like a tank! Is true bypass and also has stereo in and out! You also have the option for rhythmic variations by the little switch on the top.Absolutely love the design and look of this pedal, looks really classy and has stood the test of time. It's hard to say much more, for a musician you have every type of delay you could imagine, which are fully customisable, toneprint slots and a looper all for sub £120 at the type of writing this.I really have no negatives I adore this pedal The strymon timeline and other delays are often referred to as the gold standard of delays and it is but at 4 times the price. This little magic blue unit in my personal opinion is comparable based on what it can do at a fantastic price point. As with all their pedlas, TC have absolutely knocked it out of the park with this unit! The only way to up it is to go and buy the TC flashback x4 , for 4 flashbacks 😁

Great delay pedal the 2290 sounds fantastic. That setting makes the pedal for me. The other settings are all good and usable. The mash, toneprint, sub division's and stereo have this pedal packed with features at a great price.

Absolute bargain of a anolog delay pedal!
You get all the warm muddy tones you want and expect from a bucket brigade chip analog delay. The maximum delay time isn't that long, but for shorter delays like slapback,it delivers the goods and generally enhances your overall guitar tone.Responds well in conjunction with modulation, digital delay and reverb effects and can achieve a decent faux reverb,by itself.Solid metal chassis makes it 'built like a tank' in term of durability and the uncomplicated three large dials make it easy to adjust settings on the fly.Basically what you're getting is a basic,no-frills delay providing a quality version of analog delay that doesn't sound cheap but is incredibly cheap to purchase. What's not to love?

Lovely Delay
Been looking at this delay for a few weeks now and finally decided to go for it last week. Although when the unit arrived there was no power adapter so I had to purchase an additional 9v adapter which I wasn’t happy about at first but it’s the case with most pedals(apart from the higher end products like Eventide!) So having to power up via the medium of batteries(a further £6!) I managed to get it on and started using it, the delays are so well balanced it makes synths and vocals sound so rich and textured with really creative options of manual automation(hands on!) There’s even a short looper which is fun to use but very basic, and you can’t delay your loop! It’s a great little pedal would absolutely recommend but get a power supply before buying and do not use with batteries it literally eats them up hours!

Very versatile delay, great quality.
I wanted a versatile delay to accompany a Boss DD3 that is always set for slapback, and this fills the need perfectly.Without even getting into the TonePrint editing, I have either a nice tape or analogue echo. With the Toneprint editor you have control to get exactly what you want, and I even have one of the presets working as a lush chorus!Great package, seems well built, and pleased with the addition to my board.

Great little delay pedal
The Flashback is great delay pedal, it does everything I need for a great price. I used to have the a Flashback (v1) and then fell for the hype of £300-£400 programmable multi-functional delays that I spent far too much time fiddling with. I recently sold my other delay for £300 and bought this for £99 and couldn't be happier. Great delay sounds and the added bonus of a looper. The Toneprint app is a nice touch - if you don't know, this lets you beam artist's Toneprints ( basically a preset) into your pedal as well as being able to create your own if you like editing the finer details.

Best budget delay pedal?
Well I certainly feel it is! Great build quality, great versatility with no degradation to the overall sound quality and a delay that can go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on - well you get the idea.

My third TC Electronics gizmo!!
Everything I have bought from TC Electronic has outperformed my expectations. I actually bought this Digital Delay to run through the effects loop of my little 4 channel Behringer mixer (vocals and everything), and the little Eurolive B208D 8" powered speaker for the tiniest PA I have ever used. The sound quality of everything is perfect for small venues!PA put together for small room, 1 or 2 hour one-man gigs where —A - load in, setup, and pack out is super fast (1 trip in - 1 trip out)B - Small venue sound quality is "big" but not overwhelmingI'm using this LITTLE delay in place of my big rack mount Lexicon, and the heavy mixer and rack that goes with it. I searched long and hard for a "stompbox" sized delay unit that sounded good enough for vocals. The TC Electronics brand weighed heavy in my decision.

This is a very useful delay pedal if you are thinking about it. Easy to use. Simple controls. Brilliant sound. Love the versatility. Looper is a bonus which works really nicely. You won't be sorry!

Great pedal
First the metal enclosure is nice and the graphics are cool (imo). But where this pedal shines is that is exactly what it says it is. It’s a basic analog delay at an nice price point. If you want more features than you’re going to play a lot more than $60. Like it’s an excellent affordable delay pedal not a good cheap pedal. It’s really hard to find bad stuff made by tc electronics.
